We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Ca La Conxita - rural disconnection for 5 people

Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the La Muga River.

One bedroom with double bed. Kitchen, dining and living room in one space. Plenty of light. Excellent internet access. All neccesary amenties for cooking. Microwaves but no oven. Washing machine. Small, quiet building. Tourist appartment legally registered. Guests have to pay 0,60 Euros per night as "tourist tax". The appartment is declared with the Catalonian Police. On arrival, guests have to fill out a form with thier details. Free parking in the whole area. No private garage.

The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
