Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

Great accommodation with a super nice location. The spa area with an alpine panorama was outstanding. The quiet location invites you to relax. Shops/restaurants directly in the village, 5 minutes by car. Beautiful hikes right from the property. All in all a very nice stay, we will be happy to come back.

We had great days in Obsteig. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything you need. Due to its location in the basement, it is naturally somewhat darker, but pleasantly cool in summer temperatures. The family hotel, which is about 5 minutes away, is particularly noteworthy. My kids loved the play barn and the swimming pool. Without exception, all employees were incredibly friendly and accommodating when answering questions. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the accommodation (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the area for hiking and cycling.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighboring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he reimbursed us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. We spent five wonderful days with Jens and Sabine and felt completely comfortable. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing – in addition, our accommodation even included a terrace, which was a real highlight. The kitchen is excellently equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. The pool was as described – with a pleasant 30 degrees water temperature, ideal also for small children. In addition, washing machines are available, which can be used at a very fair price - very practical! We hardly noticed Jens, Sabine and their children, but the contact was very friendly and warm. The spacious garden was allowed to be used completely, including toys for the little ones - a great extra! Overall, an all-round successful stay with great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

The pool area was truly a highlight—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. everything was perfect. Beautiful apartment in Tiefenbach near Oberstdorf. The apartment has a perfectly equipped kitchen and a nice little balcony with mountain views. It is very cozy and tastefully decorated. The apartment was also very clean and the hostess was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this place!

We felt very comfortable with Angelika. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and the view of the mountain from the balcony is breathtaking. Baker and shopping facilities are very easy to reach on foot. There are also many activities offered in the village. Angelika is a charming hostess. We will definitely come back, the farewell was very difficult for us.

There were four of us for a ski weekend in Frieda's place. We enjoyed it very much: By car, the Kühtai ski resort can be reached in about 30 minutes and in the evening we could cook together and sit together comfortably in the accommodation. We had to get salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, but otherwise there was nothing missing in the kitchen for cooking. Communication with Frieda was always friendly and fast. We can definitely recommend the place.

We had a great stay in Sautens. The location is great, an easy drive to all sorts of things to do and shopping. Very walkable to necessities as well as the walking/bike path to other towns. Apartment was very clean and comfortable! One thing to note is that the ceiling height in the kitchen is lower, my husband is 6’3” (190cm) and had to duck a little while helping me cook and do dishes :)

Great, clean and lovingly furnished accommodation. The location is super central and yet it is quiet in the apartment. Very dog-loving. You also have your own parking space. We would come back :-)

We enjoyed the stay with the very beautiful view. The Airbnb has all the necessary amenities; bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, bath products but also extras such as olive oil, herbs, honey, tea, coffee, a refrigerator filled with drinks, a pasta meal, etc. There are useful functions such as lights that automatically turn on as soon as you pass. Mobile phone charging cables were also provided. The terrace is a wonderful place to be. There are several walks departing from the Airbnb. Furthermore, it is also the ideal base for visiting the sights in the area. In 5 minutes, you can be in the village with shops and restaurants by car. Johannes himself welcomes you with a clear explanation of the stay and also responds quickly to messages. We found it such a pleasant stay that we booked an extra night.

Both we and our dog felt immediately comfortable with Claudia. We chose the accommodation because of its proximity to the Zugspitze (Gatterl Tour). Listing was just like the photos and description. The immediate surroundings are also very beautiful, and there are many opportunities for hiking. It was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. We were also very warmly welcomed and Claudia was always available. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this accommodation! 🙂

We were there for skiing. The ski bus is just 1 minute away. The place was great. All as described. Communication was easy and fast. The bread service was also great! Thanks again for that. We highly recommend it and would be happy to come back
