Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. The quietly located apartment on the outskirts of Oberaltertheim is located in a two-family house. The small Franconian village is idyllically nestled in the Altbachtal southwest of Würzburg. The A81-Gerchsheim federal highway is only 4 km away and the A3-Kist is about 8 km away. In the village there is a bakery and butcher shop, as well as an organic farm shop (only open on weekdays) and an ATM. A few kilometers away there are other grocery stores and gas stations in neighboring towns

Welcome to the old farmhouse

130 years ago our great-grandfather built this farmhouse from natural stones. Today, we welcome you to this special place in a bright, cozy apartment in the attic. The charming mix of old and modern furnishings, the cozy underfloor heating, the sunny balcony and the large orchard invite you to a relaxing break in the countryside. Our house is the ideal starting point for cycling trips, hikes and excursions through the beautiful landscape between the Main and Tauber rivers.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Stay in a nostalgic cottage with a view

The lovingly and individually furnished small cottage is wonderfully quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac with a splendid view of the town on the edge of the field or edge of the forest. The apartment is on the upper floor with a total of 2 (+1) sleeping options available. The small town with its shopping (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, grocery store) is within walking distance. Animals are welcome. Chickens are kept opposite. The A 81 TBB exit is 5 minutes away

Welcome to my cozy studio in the beautiful premium wine village of Randersacker with a large terrace and direct access to the idyllic garden! My place sleeps 2 people and is perfectly equipped. There is a very good bus connection to Würzburg. The bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away. Nestled in the unspoiled hills of the Hohenlohe area and away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life we provide exceptional accommodation in a stunning fortified tower. The self catering property has been lovingly restored, combining historical features with bright and modern new kitchen (fully equipped) and new bathroom with shower, has free wireless broadband, parking and a little private garden.

Historic ambiance and lovely Tauber Valley

On the first floor of our 350-year-old half-timbered house, we offer three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen (approx. 100 square meters). The hosts' apartment is upstairs. Wi-Fi, washer and dryer can be used. The courtyard is available for recreation (currently limited by construction work).
