A lovely place to stay, great facilities and an amazing large roof terrace. Really quiet and a lovely location. It's Just a few minutes walk from the 16 bus route, which goes straight into the centre of Valencia. There is a large supermarket just 5 minutes walk away and a trolley in the apartment to help carry your shopping back. The Metro line 3 is a further walk away about 25minutes walk to the nearest station. Its a great place to stay.

Your place was the perfect home away from home: comfortable, welcoming, and in such a great location to explore this beautiful city. We especially loved discovering the local bars and restaurants—each one had delicious food and drinks! We really appreciated the little touches and how thoughtfully everything was prepared for our arrival. It made all the difference and allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. Also , Rafa was a brilliant host , his instructions were crystal clear , and he gave us recommendations throughout the trip , even checking up half way through to see how we were doing and giving us further recommendations. Highly recommend this stay !

The apartment was bright, quite big, with a realy nice view. The building itself was a bit dated, but the apartment was clean and renovated. The location (and the parking) is great, especially if you are arriving by car. You avoid most of the traffic of the city center and you are near to the metro station (a few minutes walk). It is next to a shopping mall, with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch or an evening coffee. The host was very helpful and responsive. It was a great experience and I would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at Raquel’s loft apartment in Valencia. The space was beautifully decorated and perfect for an extended stay. Raquel was an excellent host—quick to respond and helpful with any questions or issues that came up. The location was ideal, just steps from the tram and close to a mall, with plenty of great restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby. We truly enjoyed every minute of our time here and highly recommend both the apartment and Raquel as a host. Thank you Raquel for an excellent stay!
