Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Highly recommend! Jeremy was very friendly and checked in with us during our visit to ensure that we didn’t have any questions go unanswered. Pool was very relaxing with a very deep end as well as a shallow side which is great for the whole family! Very quiet, safe neighborhood and the inside of the house was just as beautiful as the outside. Clear communication with all instructions! If we ever come back to AZ this will be the place we come back to!!

We really liked our stay. That is why I gave Tiko and his team a 5 stars. However, one important thing if they can take care off it would be really great. Blackout for the bedroom. If you are not planning to wake up early (5:30 am) and the natural light would wake you up, this place is not for you at all. We really had a very difficult time to sleep past 6 am. Blackouts are really needed
