It is a small apartment in the rear building of our old Berlin building built in 1902. The apartment has its own entrance (rear building) but is connected to the large apartment!! (Separation by double door and double house wall). The apartment was completely renovated in 2016, has a small kitchen, a very nice designer bathroom, a large bedroom and living room as well as a brand new balcony, which is facing a small park/forest, and that in the middle of the city!!

Due to the proximity to Berlin Südkreuz train station, you have perfect connections as well as quick access to the supermarket, drugstore and pharmacy, etc. even on Sundays and holidays.
