We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

DasGeburtshaus der "Marlene Dietrich. Im 3. Stock im Hinterhaus befindet sich das Apartment. Es wurde renoviert in einem Stil, der Elemente eines Industrielooks und der, der 50 Jahre. Das Apartment hat 43 qm und ist ein offener Raum. Das Bad ist mit einer Glaswand vom Wohnraum getrennt. Die Küche ist offen in den Wohnraum integriert. Der Schlafplatz ist auf einem Podest. Es gibt auch ein WLan.. Vor der Türe halten 2 Buslinien,. Anbindung an die S-Bahn ist nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Mein Zuhause ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, die zentral gelegen ist und vor 5 Jahren komplett renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, weiteren Küchengeräten uvm. Sie liegt an einem Park mit Teich und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, was sie noch schöner und heller macht! Den Sonnenuntergang sieht man täglich wunderschön vom Wohnzimmer & Balkon aus. Vor kurzem haben wir für das Wohnzimmer einen neuen TV und Teppich gekauft.

The aviator quarter is a very green quarter. Village atmosphere only two train stations from the popular Bergmann-Kiez in Kreuzberg. (2 km)

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Die Beletage ist ein 110m² großes Loft in einem typischen zweiten Berliner Hinterhof im ehrlichen Stadtteil Schöneberg. Das Loft ist zur Alleinnutzung umgebaut worden und befindet sich in einer renovierten Eisenwarenfabrik aus dem Jahr 1901. Die Umgebung ist geprägt von kleien Café, Kneipen, Restaurants und Bars. In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Viele Berliner Sehenswürdigkeiten sind unlängst in nur wenigen Stationen zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in a newly renovated remise from the year 1900 in Berlin. The house can be accessed via the front house at Mittenwalderstrasse 8 and is located in the quiet courtyard. The 70 square meter apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by a staircase. The heart is the large, bright kitchen with generous amenities and a dining area.
