Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. House rules: Quiet time and 10pm end time on hot tub. A detached luxury two bedroom, two bathroom, contemporary barn conversion with a fabulous 44' reception room, with stunning views, chefs kitchen, hot tub and located in an AONB, 1 minutes drive to a fantastic pub. Fabulous countryside walks, fishing, 7 miles to Wells and 12 miles to Bath and Bristol. The barn is not suitable for young children. Located side on, on a small "B" road, the road has become much busier recently. Sorry no pets.

There is a petrol station with a convenience store and post office in the village. Opposite the garage is a pub called The Temple Inn- just a 5 minute walk away. A farm shop is 5 minute drive away and a local chinese takeaway within walking distance. There is a hourly bus that will take you directly to Bristol city centre or Wells.

It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.
