Charlotte was a fantastic host. Quickly responds to messages and provided us with extra things when we asked. The views are beautiful and the place was exactly what we needed. Spacious place with everything you could need. Would definitely recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - location suitable for our dog as very peaceful rural setting. The kitchen was also well stocked and the lounge comfortable. Also ideally situated to visit local National Trust properties in this part of Kent - information regarding local pubs shops etc very helpful - we would consider returning .

The place is beautiful and spacious also private, the pictures don't quite do it justice. A wonderful getaway location and the setup is family friendly. Rob is an excellent host and was always very accommodating and responsive.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this exquisite house. The communication with the hosts was efficient and friendly from the start. Stephen met us at the house to show is around. The first thing you see is the splendid garden, then the peaceful surroundings and finally the gorgeous house. It is a bit of a maze which adds to the historic character of the house😁. It is a luxurious stay from beginning to end: high quality bedding and towels, a great shower, a well equipped kitchen . This really was the perfect backdrop to a big family get-together and celebration. Thank you Stephen and Claire.

It was a lovely apartment, beautifully clean, and with all the amenities we needed. Low ceilings in one bedroom and doorways, but you can tell that from the photos. A useful thing to know is that the two bedrooms are railroad style; in order to reach the double bedroom you have to pass through the two twin rooms (they're separated by the dressing room, but the stairway is in one room and accessible only through that room). This might not be a problem for a family, but we were adult friends sharing a place, and if we'd known that one room would have no privacy, we'd have made different plans. Otherwise, everything about this stay was perfect, and I give it five stars for that. Thank you!

Location was perfect and the airbnb was exactly how Angela described it. Lots of places to visit and smack bang in the middle of all the activity. Really enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous flat on the seafront, with two super comfy bedrooms and beautifully curated art throughout the house - would 100% stay again if I’m ever back in St Leonard’s!

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Having been to St Leonards before we knew that our favourite restaurants were walkable too. Moyra was a great host and very helpful and considerate about check in time, much appreciated.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The studio had everything you might need and was very clean, cozy, and comfortable—just perfect for a relaxing getaway. A huge thank you for all the thoughtful tips and recommendations—they really made our trip special. We especially loved the scenic walk from Firehills View along the cliffs, followed by a delicious lunch in the garden at the Two Sawyers. Taking the East Hill lift in the afternoon and spending time on the pebble beach in Hastings was the perfect way to round out the day. We really enjoyed our stay at The Shed. Tina and Jeremy were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. The Shed is exactly as described with everything you need and set in a beautiful garden surrounded by fields. We loved the peacefulness and the bird song. We were delighted to visit The Prospect Cottage with the garden in full bloom only a short drive away, as well as Great Dixter Garden, Sissinghurst Castle Garden and Scotney Castle. We discovered a part of Kent that we had never been to before. Thank you Tina and Jeremy.

This airbnb is great- convenient and clean, it perfectly matches the photos and description provided, and it's very easy to find and enter. The location in town was fabulous and made it easy to venture through the town. Would recommend to anyone staying in Rye!

Simon was really helpful and available at all times for any queries. He gave great recommendations for local restaurants etc and the place is central with free parking opposite.

Loved this cosy apartment in beautiful Rye. Located on the high street but very quiet at night and easy to walk everywhere. Very clean and felt just like home. Would have loved to stay longer. A little secret gem in Rye.

We had a great time at Steven's place. The view from the living room is great and the place has all the things you need. Everything in the town was accessible by foot. We can definitely recommend it.

This is my 2nd visit to Richard’s property and I still love it as much as I did the first time. Right in the centre of Canterbury, it’s a perfect location for shops, museums, transport etc. The apartment has everything in it you need and is very comfortable. All contact with Richard is fast and friendly. His written instructions are very clear on accessing the apartment too. Fab place, fab City, fab host.

We had a very comfortable stay. The high quality accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed and more, . Diana was the perfect host who made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. A bonus in the hot weather when we stayed was the air conditioning. The views from the Garden Room are stunning as are the beautiful well kept gardens. We hope to return again in the future. Highly recommended and good value.

Tom’s place was perfect for our Canterbury visit. It was exceptionally clean, great location with amazing river views, all the attractions and restaurants were a short walk away. His apartment was beautifully decorated and modern with an excellent kitchen and bathroom. Tom was very friendly and great communicator. I highly recommend his beautiful apartment.
