Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Teror

Joan and Beatriz were amazing hosts! Super accommodating, proactive and helpful. The one time I did need assistance, which was outside of their control, Joan was there within 1min to help me! The apartment is lovely and in my opinion you won’t find a better location in LasPalmas. Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms everything is close. Should you want to take a bus to Mogan or Maspalomas it’s only a 10min walk to the station that takes you there. All in all it was great and I can highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung :) alles war so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Von hier aus kam man schnell runter an den Strand und konnte dort toll essen gehen. Wir haben im Parkhaus nebenan geparkt. Hier zahlt man 15€ pro Tag. Man kann aber auch direkt am Eingang des Parkhauses eine Karte für mehrere Tage kaufen und wird freigeschaltet :) Auch ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt!

Laura’s place was very nice, maybe abit older-looking than on the pictures, but still very nice. Everything was clean. Location great, just 10min walk to beach and 1-2min to closest store. Higher floor so had a nice view, could see Tenerife’s Teide from bedroom window. Also Laura’s response time was remarkable! Would definitely stay again and would recommend 😊

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Außerdem hat sie eine sehr ruhige Lage direkt am Meer und man kann von dort alles gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Alejandra war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer für uns erreichbar war und einen guten Tipp auf Lager hatte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Der Check-in war sehr einfach und die Kommunikation mit Iris war einwandfrei. Sie war freundlich und flexibel - der späte Check-out war ein großes Plus! Die Wohnung bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer durch die riesigen Fenster und ist ruhig gelegen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Extras wie Strandtücher, eine große Küche mit Kücheninsel , 2 Badezimmern und kostenlosen Sonnenliegen im Amadores Beach Club. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es leider nur begrenzt am Straßenrand, wobei wir immer das Glück hatten einen Platz gefunden zu haben. Uns haben leider extra Klopapier und Küchenutensilien gefehlt (Spülmittel, Küchenrollen/ Servietten, Öl etc..). Zum Glück gab es aber einen Supermarkt direkt unter der Unterkunft sowie 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, genauso wie eine Apotheke, Restaurants und Shops. Insgesamt war es eine tolle Unterkunft mit super Lage und unglaublicher Aussicht, die wir wärmstens empfehlen können und wieder buchen würden! Danke 🌟

The photos do not do the view justice, so peaceful listening to the sea throughout the day. Incredible scenery surrounding the place, with many places to go swimming or snorkelling. What an incredible island, would suggest hiring a car to explore the island to its fullest. Toño was helpful recommending things to do as well as being flexible and an all round amazing host. Would 100% recommend

Wonderful small apartment overlooking the sea. Very hygge and also a very short walk to the fabulous Canteras beach and many outstanding restaurants and shops, as well as the market...Macu very responsive. Just be sure to ask about any instructions for appliances, electronic window shades and if there is nearby noisy construction. We hope to return !

Wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung super modern und neu. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und war sehr aufgeräumt und blitzsauber. Frühstück zwischen den Obstbäumen mit Blick auf die Berge war unser Highlight. Außergewöhnlich ist die schnelle, persönliche, hilfreiche und total sympathische Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Es war alles perfekt !

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum sowie bei zahlreichen Supermärkten. Die Wohnung ist extrem neu und sauber, sie wurde erst 2024 renoviert. Man merkt, dass sie mit Liebe renoviert wurde, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es wurde an alles gedacht, was man evtl. brauchen könnte. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und super freundlich. Gáldar ist sehr gut gelegen, um den Norden der Insel zu erkunden, aber auch, um in deutlich unter einer Stunde im Süden zu sein. Der Ort erschien uns im April sehr wenig touristisch und sehr sauber. Wer eine neue, saubere Wohung im Norden der Insel sucht, welche gut erreichbar gelegen ist, macht hier nichts falsch.

Guillermo is really friendly and welcoming. He was there to meet and greet me, show me around, as well as hand me the keys. He offers some great tips and recommendations he is very responsive and helpful. The apartment is a great little place with everything you need. It was clean, tidy and had a modern feel, with thoughtful touches and decor that made it feel homely. The location is ideal – just a minute’s walk to the beach and close to the boardwalk, which is lined with cafes, bars and restaurants. It’s also only about 10 minutes walk to Catalina Park, where you can catch the Hop On Hop Off buses or the main bus routes to explore the island for just a few euros, as well as the Fred Olsen ferry coaches. It’s a lively area with plenty to see and do. However, when inside the property it's very quiet. Guillermo was also kind enough to allow a later check-out as I had a ferry to catch, which was really appreciated. I had a great stay and would happily recommend it

Nous avons adoré l appartement et sa terrasse bien adaptée pour l apero ! Il est moderne, superbe et bien pensé. Un Spar pour faire les courses est à 2 minutes avec un personnel adorable. Nombreux bars et restaurants à proximité.

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser schönen, grosszügigen Wohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt.

I’m sure this has been said already in other reviews but Villa Morelli was extremely well appointed and immaculately presented. In a private setting but close enough to walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Loved the sound system and the iPad controls for the outdoor lighting, added an extra premium touch. Pool was lovely and warm and very relaxing - 5 stars from us!

We had the most wonderful week long stay at this stunning villa. We travelled as a family of 6 adults and our 9 month old grandchild. Flo was an amazing host, very communicative, responsive to our requests. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived later in the evening, Flo still greeted us upon arrival and we felt very welcome. The villa was very well presented, clean, well equipped with everything you would need for the stay and felt home from home. The beds were comfy too. There was the most beautiful pool and garden area including dining area, bbq, sunbeds, pool towels and shaded comfortable seating area. As a family we loved being outside. We hired cars from the airport, which was about a 30 minute drive to the villa. As a family we felt this was a must to have cars as the nearby shops, beaches and restaurants were a 5-10 minute drive away. We had such a wonderful time and would highly recommend. Thank you Flo for your hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great — close to everything I needed. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure I had everything for a smooth and pleasant stay. I truly felt at home and would happily come back. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Cordelia, mit vielen Wanderungen in der spektakulären Landschaft dieser Region! Cornelia ist eine sehr liebenswürdig Gastgeberin, kümmert sich sehr um ihre Gäste und und ist immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und hat alles was man erwarten kann. Der Luxus von frisch vom Baum gepflückt Orangen und Zitronen ist toll. Durch das Gekrähe von Hähne und Pfauen in der Gegend sollte man sich nicht gestört fühlen. Die Aussicht über das Tal ist wunderschön! Die steile Zufahrt ist für ängstliche Autofahrer etwas herausfordernd, aber wer die Straßen in Gran Canaria befährt muß sowieso mutig sein! Vielen Dank für diese Zeit in deiner schönen Finka!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Anlage und der Ausblick waren wunderschön und größtenteils wirklich sehr ruhig. Es entsprach alles den Bildern. Die Kommunikation war super unkompliziert und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben immer gut einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Todo ha sido impecable. La comunicación con Alicia, la estadía. Todo ha sido como esperado. El apartamento moderno, con todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodos. La zona muy tranquila, se consigue sitio para aparcar el coche en los alrededores con facilidad. Las instalaciones de la comunidad son impecables, con salida directa a la playa. Nada de qué reclamar. Volveremos con seguridad!

Wie haben 17 Tage in Marias Unterkunft verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Terrasse ist ein Traum und die Küche super ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Der Ort Salinetas hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Ein netter Ort mit einem tollen Strand. Bäckerei ist direkt nebenan und ein Spar ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Apartment und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir haben uns gleich nach der Ankunft rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war ruhig und dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Bushaltestelle oder beim Taxi. Es gibt einen großen Pool sowie direkten Strandzugang. Bei unserer Ankunft standen gekühlte Getränke und Snacks für uns bereit. Die Kommunikation vorab und auch während des Aufenthaltes war unkompliziert und Monica antwortete schnell auf meine Nachrichten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We totally enjoyed our stay and would go back there in a flash. Julia was the epitome of a host. Beautiful house, beautiful location overlooking the water, great access to different places, great local resources , great walking . This is where to stay if you want a peaceful and relaxing vacation yet also want to see places. You can stay back in the house or go to anywhere that is busy within a 20 minutes ride. Great access to transportation resources. Julia will really make you feel at home. She has everything you can think of that you need during a holiday. She thinks of everything. We are very appreciative of the opportunity to stay in her house and of the time we spent there. Thank you Julia!!!
