The Small Town House matched the description and pictures. Great small town get away and great place to stay to contact local business.

We chose this spot for a getaway with longtime friends and family and my 2 dogs. It could not have been more what we were looking for. Calm, secluded spot with privacy. Great yard for the dogs to run around in. Plenty of amenities and sleeping considerations. And, most of all, Erin was amazing. Super responsive and friendly. Everyone had an amazing time and couldn’t believe how perfect it was. We will almost certainly be making this trip a tradition :).

Very clean, close to fishing spots which was what we were looking for, private and just an overall very cool place!

This home is a gem. Crystal was an excellent host! When I had a question, she was able to providea a quick response. Crystal provided a sparkling clean home stocked with everything anyone would need while relaxing by the lake. The beds are so comfortable. The Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. The neiborhood is quiet and the mature trees provide beautiful breezes while enjoying the beautiful, glamorous back porch. The newly added dock for relaxing and fishing was a great addition. One can even see wildlife and deer. This is my 3rd time here and I hope for many more. Thank you Crystal.

It’s quiet and beautiful place

Absolutely stunning house. It was very tastefully decorated and neat as a pin. Felt like I was coming home after a long day of traveling. Very clean and had all the right touches to make you comfortable and that back patio was absolutely wonderful. It was so quiet outside you actually got to hear the nature around you.The host was very easy to communicate with and had a wonderful folder of local attractions and clear house rules. Can’t wait to stay here again.

The house was set up well, with helpful extras like a luggage rack and drying rack for laundry. Appreciated how quickly the host responded, and the instructions at the house helped us settle in quickly. Good value for the price!

Our stay was great and very comfortable. There was lots of space with entertainment options for our small and older children, while offering gathering areas for the adults in our extended family stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was one of our main attractions and unfortunately it had some cleaning issues that did require a pool service to assist. Otherwise, the pool does have some bolts that are not flush with the concrete and can cut toes. The tiles in the pool are falling off and we also found these with our feet at the bottom of the pool. The home owners assured us that a new pool liner is coming which should solve this issue. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the responsiveness of our hosts and their hospitality.

We loved our stay here. The house has so many rooms, we could have fit more. The different locations of the rooms was great for multiple families. The backyard was the biggest hit (the second was the hot tub) - with multiple playgrounds and lots of room, our kids spent most of the time out there. The dining area had plenty of room and chairs. The host was so friendly whenever we saw him. We would definitely have a reunion here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Meggan’s place! She made check-in and check-out a breeze and was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Her communication made everything easy and stress-free. The house and property were absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to get ready for our out-of-state wedding, which made a big difference during such a busy time. The yard was peaceful and relaxing, and the pool was a highlight—such a perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. We had a great relaxing stay! The accomodations were beautiful and amenities were well stocked. We would definitely return to this tranquil retreat!

Comfortable spacious home right on the regional airport property. Home was exactly as described on listing. It was unique, enjoyable, and close to shops & restaurants. About 15 mins from IU, but we didn’t need to be near the campus. The house was plenty big for us to spread out and enjoy the big TV. The pots and pans in the kitchen were very handy, but when shopping, be sure to buy basics like cooking oil, salt/pepper, & coffee. A dishwasher would’ve been handy, but to avoid washing, we just brought paper plates and cups. We eat a lot! The shower water had great water pressure and got comfortably hot. Lots of towels and linens too. We appreciated the blackout blinds in the bedrooms as it got quite sunny early in the mornings. Beds were comfy too I like a little reading lamp at my bedside, but there was only one lamp like that in the sitting room. I took it with me to the bedroom every night just so I can read & turn it off easily. Kristine was responsive & helpful. Great stay!

Gary and Kris's house was amazing! The space was roomy and fun. It was well appointed and the kitchen had every pot or pan you could imagine. The deck is very nice and the view from it was serene. We saw lots of wildlife in the back and side yards and were able to catch fish right from the dock. It was easy to find and there's a lot that's close in case you forget anything. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

A wonderful graduation stay in a large home that fit the extended family of 11. A beautiful lake setting with awesome outdoor seating. The home was clean and had everything we needed, along with being spacious. Everyone loved the house and has left us with good memories.

Stacie is an incredible host. She is warm, friendly, responsive and provides useful information. Her place has the most amenities I have seen (and I’ve been in many Airbnbs). She has comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, lots of good coffee, extra towels for bathroom, a beautiful yard to sit in and good WiFi. She quickly resolves any needs and is open to feedback. If I go to that area again, I will definitely rent her place. I can’t recommend it enough!

Absolutely love the house. I loved the view from the top decks. The waterfalls is very nearby and beautiful. I love the fact that we was able to book this place and keep our dog with us. Thats what sold us on staying here and the fishing for the kids. Very big bass in the pond. Good pass time with the family. Unfortunately the general store wasn't open. The lady was sick that runs it. Very nice community. Jeff did great with communication. Especially when i stupidly locked myself out of the house. I did accidentally check in early after 24 hours of no sleep to get from NC to IN. He was very nice about it, and it was no problem. I knew the water did not smell good from previous reviews. So no complaints there. I was just greatful to get this place last minute so we could be close to the club to compete in the UKC TOC. Very blessed to stay here.
