Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tertenia

A big thank you to Daniel and Piero! The house is perfect, in the quiet countryside, much prettier in real life than in the photos. The house is very well equipped , everything is there! The view is hot , especially at sunset by the great pool. Our hosts were very welcoming, full of good tips and very responsive. Thanks again to them, our stay was a real success 👌

Piera and her sister Camilla are great hostesses. They make you feel welcome. The cottage is very tastefully decorated with furniture in style with the character of the house. We were immediately invited to visit the museum behind Camilla's house during our stay. It is the old family home where they grew up and is now mainly used by their brother and is decorated with all kinds of old stuff. The homemade drinks were a must. Austis is a small village where you can eat a good pizza or pasta at the local restaurant Flores de Monte. Even the cookies and sweets are homemade. If you want to discover the inland of Sardinia, you can rent this apartment very well. You cannot cook there, but you can heat something up in the microwave, or in the evening some local bread, sausage, cheese, etc. is also very good. There are plenty of places to eat well in the area. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it.

Marco's accommodation was great, very clean, with a very well-appointed exterior where it was very pleasant to enjoy the coolness of the evening. Well-equipped overall and pleasant setting. But unfortunately from the ground floor apartment where we were, we did not have a view of the bay as indicated. It is also difficult to get to the city center "a stone's throw away" except for great athletes! But if you have a car, the area is super nice with lots of activities

This was a very peaceful location with a beautiful garden. The house is an idyllic Italian house on the country side. It was a perfect stay for us with our 1 year old daughter who could play inside and outside. Lucia gave us fresh strawberries from her garden and was always very helpful. We highly recommend!

Very nice and helpful hostess even if we only had written contact. Check-in with clear instructions. Proactive tips. Very nice view of the sea. Simple but functional equipment and furniture. Pool has a nice size. Baby bed was provided. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything available. Sufficient for a large family, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine with capsules, spices, baking paper and much more. A beach can be reached in 3 minutes by car or in 15 minutes on foot. Without a car, however, you are lost. Shopping unfortunately 15 min away by car, but that's not a big problem either. The only negative, for which the hostess is not responsible, is that sometimes the many dogs from the neighbor 50 m away bark for hours without a break when the owner is not at home. Fortunately, this only happened twice in 9 days. Otherwise everything was good 👍

A big favorite for Gina's house! It is full of charm, atypical as we like, very well located (close to the most beautiful beaches on the island and the mountain! ), very well equipped (especially in the kitchen! Happiness for those who love to cook!). We loved using the grill and terrace! Despite the lack of air conditioning, we were not warm even in the middle of August. Gina is extremely kind and welcomed us very warmly! We felt right at home! Thank you very much Gina! We'll be happy to come back! 😊

We had a great stay at Basilia's new place which worked brilliantly for our 10 day holiday with two young kids. The house is great - three good bedrooms, a lovely big well-equipped kitchen and dining space, a huge covered outside terrace, nice garden, a courtyard around the back, and a roof terrace too. The location was fantastic with a nice quiet neighbourhood all around, a good local beach less than 10 minutes walk down the road, and the superb Cea beach about 10 minutes drive away. There's also a good local supermarket in Bari Sardo, and even more options about 20 minutes away in Tortoli. This part of Sardinia requires some travelling to get to so a car is necessary, but we thought it worth the trip. Basilia and her family are friendly and helpful, and we hope to be able to visit again in the future, note that Basilia also rents out a smaller apartment next door which may offer up other options for family/friends. One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in Europe. If this is available, just book immediately. Thank you Daniela for everything. Great local recommendations by Daniela including boat tour, restaurant, gelato shops. The place looks even better than the photos and is super neat and clean. Had parking as well for our car. We will definitely be back again.

We had a lovely stay at Elias’s place. His mother and father were extremely warm and kind welcoming us and helping us whenever we had any issues. The terrace is beautiful and the place is very clean. Only issue was that the place was quite cold especially at night, so bring warm clothes!

We were on site for nine days and can't complain. 🙂 We had a wonderful vacation and would have liked to stay longer. We recommend the place and would come back any time. Everything was as described, questions were answered quickly, there were tips for this and that (which we almost all did🤗) and help if you didn't know how something works. The highlight is and remains the view. A big thank you to Agnese's daughter Francesca, who was our contact person 🙂

Mario was an excellent host, always quickly accessible, very helpful and friendly. Check-in was hassle-free with a key box. The location was great. Tertenia is easy to reach and the beach nearby is very nice for children. We will be happy to come back. There were shops within walking distance.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the listing photos. There were three of us and for us it was ideal, as a place to get around the island. Cardedu is a very quiet village and its people are welcoming and friendly. We were lucky to be there during the traditional festival, in which there was a procession, parades of regional costumes and dances at the end in the town square. Stefano was an attentive host, and although contact was always by phone, he helped us with his information and kindness. The accommodation is close to supermarkets, a greengrocer and a bakery, which has some delicious and typical Sardinian products. A few minutes by car is a large beach, with crystal clear waters, and following the coast, the beaches follow one another with equal beauty. In Cardedu there are some restaurants where you can eat very well. We will return to Cardedu and if Stefano's accommodation is available we will return without hesitation

If you want to stay in the bluezone town of Baunei, this place is perfect. The highlight was the balcony - one of the best views (if not, the best view) i've ever seen! There are two balconies - your private small one and the shared large balcony which we had to ourselves 99% of the time. A spritz, cheese and Sardinian bread with our friends on this balcony will be a forever memory on our Sardinian trip. A local grocery store with a deli of fresh bread and cheeses only a 30 second (maybe more, but felt very short) walk up the cobblestone street. We had two rental cars between us four, and Giovani was very accomodating - but lucky we had little cars. If you have limited Italian, I would recommend having google translate at the ready for check-in. A great stay and would stay here next time we are in Baunei no doubt.

Renato’s place is absolutely gorgeous, very tasteful and authentic. It doesn’t feel anything like sterile vacation homes you often get. It has character, and a sophisticated charm, and you can feel a lot of thought and love has gone into creating this beautiful place. Everything was very clean, with a big and well equipped kitchen. The house is located in the middle of a peaceful and rural environment, the next neighbour is a farm, so you hear the animals and get to meet the dogs and charming cat. Renato and his wife Lucie were amazing hosts, warm and inviting, and shared a lot of recommendations in the area. All in all we had a wonderful stay and felt right at home.

Beautiful place: Entire floor of a very large house ideally located on the edge of the beach. Very well equipped, very functional for a group of friends I highly recommend it.

Very nice villa in a quiet and private setting. The villa has a terrace and spa that makes the stay even better. Recommended. And I would come back

Wonderful villa with spacious outdoor area. The heated pool, table tennis table and table soccer are a highlight for children. The view of the mountains is magnificent and you have your peace, as the villa is somewhat secluded.

The accomodation is great and in easy reach of many great beaches and local attractions including the Gulf of Orosei. There is another flat below this one but the grounds are large and it didn't cause us an issue.

We had a great time in Sardinia. We loved the location of the house, close to the beach but also the mountain. The house is located in a quiet but very well connected area, close to roads with which you can quickly access the other villages. The terrace of the house is wonderful, perfect for morning coffee with a wonderful view. Sergio was always very kind and responded quickly to our questions. Definitely a place to go back and recommend!

There were eight of us at the property - four adults and four infants. we found a nice and simple place to stay. Ivo responded quickly and accurately to questions and was very flexible in terms of time - we were a little late at check-in and check-out, which was no problem. Thank you!

Very good location, 3 minutes' walk to the beach. It is a very quiet area, perfect for families with small children. No major city or similar nearby. Supermarket and pizzeria just around the corner, even without a car. Patrizia is very friendly and explained everything well. The house is perfectly equipped, nothing was missing. We highly recommend the cottage.

The house is well-designed and equipped and the surrounding garden and pool are delightful. We loved the sweeping views over the valley and up towards Baunei, a perfect location to while away the hours and appreciate the stunning nature!

The most beautiful vacation we've ever had! The house is beautiful, equipped with all the comforts: you don't miss anything. Externally it has a wonderful patio (where we had beautiful breakfasts and dinners) and a beautiful citrus grove with hundreds of oranges. The house is surrounded by trees, fruit plants and oleanders, it is quiet, and in a quiet location in Muravera, but at the same time on foot it is close to all the amenities of the village (supermarkets, shops, bars, etc.). Muravera is located in a great point, being served by high sliding streets: in a short time you can reach the most beautiful beaches of southeast Sardinia (Costa Rei, Murtas, Feraxi, Cala Pira, Santa Giusta), as well as various points of interest located inland. Finally, not obvious, a big thank you to the owners: never intrusive and always ready in case of need! They gave us a thousand tips on how to spend a beautiful vacation. We'll definitely be back.
