Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tertenia

This place was unreal. So peaceful totally private an absolute paradise we literally had to tear ourselves away as we did not want to leave at all Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful Would definitely recommend Heaven on earth!

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Taty hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns das wunderschöne Haus gezeigt. Es ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet - vor allem für einen Urlaub mit Baby/Kind. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. (Treppengitter, Lätzchen, Hochstuhl, Pürierstab, Spielsachen, etc.) Taty hat uns sogar einen Verstärker für das WLAN organisiert, damit wir es zum Arbeiten auch auf der Terrasse nutzen können. Wir können sowohl das Haus, als auch die Gastgeber zu 100% empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. :)

Notre séjour chez Lucia a été merveilleux. Nous avons été très bien reçus et l'appartement, à côté de la maison de Lucia est spacieux avec un grand jardin et des jeux pour enfants. C'était idéal pour notre bébé de 9 mois. Nous avons même pu faire des lessives et profiter de la générosité de Lucia qui nous a offert des petites commodities et de délicieuses fraises de son potager. Si vous voyager en famille, nous vous recommandons de vous arrêter chez Lucia pour quelques nuits. Les plages sont magnifiques et beaucoup moins fréquentées.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet (z. B. Fliegengitter :) und hat einen schönen Garten dabei. Strände, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar und sogar ein paar Wanderungen kann man direkt vor dem Haus beginnen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und Daniela und ihre Familie sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

The accommodation is extremely gorgeous with beautiful views! It’s very private and remote from bigger cities, so to discover the island and its beaches a car is needed. The rooms, such as bathroom and kitchen were clean and well organised. With the windows open at night and the ventilation on, the rooms were chill. The host of the vintage bungalow is very polite and kind, he also respond fast to questions! I would totally recommend this hostel, to people who loves and enjoys a calm and peaceful atmosphere! The beach can be reached very well and the accommodation includes sun umbrellas! In the morning or evening a cat family often visits the veranda. The cats are very friendly to people. The property is green and also includes much space to park a car. There is also an opportunity to grill food. A 10/10 Stay in the beautiful region of sardegna.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Vittoria und Vanessa verbracht und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich :) Es war sehr nett, dass Vanessa und Vittoria es möglich gemacht haben, dass wir, nach der langen Anfahrt, früher ins Haus konnten . Lieben Dank nochmal dafür :) Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet :) und es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind wunderbar. Wir haben es genossen, fernab vom Trubel die Abende auf der Terrasse zu verbringen. Durch die die Bäume und die Pflanzen im Garten herrscht ein angenehmes Klima am Haus. Der Ort ist perfekt für Ausflüge :) man kommt mit dem Auto gut an die schönsten Strände! Wir können das Haus von Vittoria und Vanessa jedem empfehlen!!!

Paolo war ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er hat uns super herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer.

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

Tolles Appartment mit wunderschöner, großer Terrasse mit sensationellem Ausblick! Die Mama von Elias hat uns herzlich begrüßt. Das Appartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse, wo man herrlich sitzen und genießen kann. Sonnenschutz bietet eine Markise. Das Zentrum von Baunei ist nach wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht (vor allem die Eisdiele). :-) Baunei ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen an der Küste oder in den Bergen. Eigenes Auto natürlich vorausgesetzt. Wir haben es sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft voll und ganz empfehlen.

Die Wohnung von Alberto ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr angenehm. Der Ort ist sonnig und ruhig, die Eltern nebenan äußerst herzlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab die besten Zitrusfrüchte direkt aus dem Garten! Grazie mille!

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile a Cardedu, in Sardegna, grazie all’ospitalità eccezionale di Stefano, un host davvero impeccabile. Fin dal primo contatto, si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e flessibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con un sorriso e una professionalità rara. Prima ancora di arrivare, Stefano ci ha fornito dettagli completi sulla casa e sui dintorni, consigliandoci attività imperdibili, luoghi da visitare e ottimi ristoranti. È stato come avere una guida locale personale! La casa era semplicemente perfetta: pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort e attrezzatura necessaria per un soggiorno senza pensieri. Abbiamo apprezzato la cura nei dettagli e l’attenzione che Stefano ha riservato per assicurarsi che tutto fosse in ordine. Siamo stati accolti come vecchi amici, e grazie a Stefano abbiamo potuto vivere la Sardegna al meglio. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare e consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia trascorrere una bella vacanza!

Gute Lage der Unterkunft sehr zentral am oberen Teil der Stadt. Fußläufig kann man alles erreichen. Unterkunft ist in einer kleinen Gasse, daher gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer Fenster, erwartet also keine schöne Aussicht. Für einen kurzen Trip um die Stadt zu erkunden ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen. Längere Aufenthalte würde ich auf Grund der Lage und Fehlenden Fenster im Bad nicht empfehlen.

Renato’s place is absolutely gorgeous, very tasteful and authentic. It doesn’t feel anything like sterile vacation homes you often get. It has character, and a sophisticated charm, and you can feel a lot of thought and love has gone into creating this beautiful place. Everything was very clean, with a big and well equipped kitchen. The house is located in the middle of a peaceful and rural environment, the next neighbour is a farm, so you hear the animals and get to meet the dogs and charming cat. Renato and his wife Lucie were amazing hosts, warm and inviting, and shared a lot of recommendations in the area. All in all we had a wonderful stay and felt right at home.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man muss nur über die Straße gehen und schon ist man am Strand. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort!

Pasamos muy buen tiempo en Cerdeña. Nos encantó la ubicación de la casa, cerca de la playa pero también del monte. La casa está en una zona tranquila pero muy bien comunicada, cerca de carreteras con las que se accede rapidamente a los otros pueblos. La terraza de la casa es maravillosa, perfecta para tomar un café por las mañanas con una maravillosa vista. Sergio fue siempre muy amable y respondio rapidamente a nuestras preguntas. Sin duda, un lugar al que volver y recomendar!

The photos don't do this villa justice. The property is incredible! Our family of 5 had the BEST week at Simona and Renato's villa. The beach is a quick walk away, groceries are a short drive, lots of restaurants within 20 minutes and Cagliari is more charming than we could have expected. We all **really** hope to visit again and stay at Simona's villa!

We spent our 1 week family vacation here and it was just amazing! A house is spacious enough even for 2-3 families together. It was clean and well-equipped with everything that's needed. Maria-Elena was a great host, helped us promptly in the process of preparations and even during our stay. The location is lovely, a calm and quiet village. The most beautiful beach is accesible in just a few minutes of walking, thus a perfect chioce even with small kids. Our absolute favourite was the huge veranda with breathtaking view. Just the perfect spot for big-family dinners. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a calm and private vacation with a group or bigger family. Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

The perfect Sardinian Home from Home. A great location with a supermarket and Bar directly opposite, plenty of parking and a short walk from the Marina. The house had everything we could need for a weeks stay and we felt at home immediately. Martina was a great host who showed us around at check in and was available if needed, she was flexible with us after flight delays meant we arrived later than expected

Grazie Alessandra per la splendida Villa, davvero un ottima accoglienza, siamo stati molto contenti della pulizia della casa e della corrispondenza tra le foto in Internet e la realtà della casa… al mare ogni mattina siamo arrivati a piedi in 5 minuti con una bambina di 2 anni… ci hanno fatto trovare una culla e un passeggino davvero comodi e utilizzati per tutta la vacanza. Ci torneremo sicuramente volentieri. A presto 🤗
