The flat was really nice and clean, was located amongst different shops and next to cosham station. The noise level was good for being on a high street, and the communication from the host was excellent

Lovely flat in centre of Brockenhurst, parking a godsend. Everything as described- even down to my husband hitting his head on the sloping walls! Lovely to have two bathrooms. Kate was very responsive in her replies. Great place to stay

Lara’s lovely apartment was perfect for an overnight stay in Lymington. It’s conveniently located, well appointed and we really liked that both double bedrooms were a good size and each had their own bathroom (one en suite). Being on the ground floor, it is quite overlooked, so we felt we had to have the blinds down more than we otherwise might, but that didn’t bother us. It was a little noisy early in the morning, both from people moving about overhead and from the boiler firing up, but we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful experience staying at the Annexe! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and friendly. The location was perfect & quiet , we stayed here for 2 days for Royal Ascot. It was an easy commute. We really appreciated the guest book with local pubs & restaurants , we took note & visited a local pub & had a lovely pub dinner. ( George & Dragon) The annexe was beautifully decorated & we had fresh towels. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again next year for Royal Ascot! Thank you for a fantastic stay! We had a lovely stay at Kate’s flat which is beautifully furnished . She provided us with several groceries and treats on our arrival. We had many chats and met her adorable dog, Ginny. I was able to get my pup fix daily. Thank you for your support and kindness during my daughter’s recovery.

Fabulous flat. Described perfectly by Jus. Very clean beautiful interior. Everything you need. Loved the little extras like shampoo and conditioner and shower gel in bathrooms. Very comfy beds. Short walk to the end of the road to the beach. We brought our dog. He was well looked after with doggy treats and a fabulous dog friendly beach awaited. Even shorter walk to the high street with great restaurants. Jus is a great communicator and nothing was too much bother. Thoroughly recommend we’ll be back!

We had a great stay at Simon and Jane’s, the host communication was perfect, and the place is well equipped: kitchen, bedroom, bathroom all well serviced. The Sunday church bells were nice to hear in the morning - and if you’re a light sleeper, earplugs are provided! Wotton is a delightful location, definitely worth a visit.

Really well situated, extremely easy check in and check out, and Chloe was responsive throughout. Really clean and everything you would need in the flat!

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

I had a birthday weekender with friends and the apartment is really lovely and suited us perfectly. Not just clean, but comfortable too with everything you need. The host is great and helpful. It all made the stay so much more enjoyable. 100% would recommend.

We have had the most lovely weekend at Eveleen’s place. It is such a lovely apartment, everything you need and great shower, fabulous sofa bed! lovely walk to Henley on Thames. Loads of great shops in the town. It was perfect for our weekend catch up 😊

This air bnb is an amazing. I 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay here. First of all the apartment is stunning, beautifully furnished with everything you could need. We stayed with two small children and it was very easy with enough space for the adults to relax in the evening. The location is peaceful with breathtaking views. On top of this it was spotless I could not fault anything. Our host Simon was incredibly helpful, quick to reply and always happy to help.

perfect little staycation! the place is huge, so clean, great pool for the evening when the weather isn't great. walking distance to beach and pubs and then a short drive to Bournemouth. Matt is a great host and would definitely recommend.
