The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

Lovingly furnished apartment with many details in the south of Ravensburg-Obereschach, central yet quiet location between Messe Friedrichshafen (9 km) and the historic old town of Ravensburg (7 km). In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!
