Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tetuán

Pablo is a warm and kind host. We like this little apartment a lot. A small playground right outside the door. A few restaurants within walking distance, some closed on weekends though. The bedroom is a little dark but not a bad thing for summer. It’s super cool. You don’t even need AC when it’s 33c outside.

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

Just like in the pictures. With everything you need to spend a few days in Madrid. A 5-minute walk from Ramón y Cajal Hospital. Recommended accommodation

location 25 min from downtown. super tidy house, good TV, good mattresses. Juan was always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 👌

We had a fantastic stay! The house was lovely—quiet and peaceful, perfectly located just far enough from central Madrid to feel relaxed, but still close enough to get into the city quickly by cab, metro or a walk if you’re up for it. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and proactive. The real highlight was the pool and garden—an absolute dream to come back to after a day exploring in the Spanish heat. Highly recommended!

Mar was Awesome! We had an issue connecting to wifi, she immediately handled it. Wifi up and running within minutes! Loved the location, quiet and lots of transportation. Thanks again

Had the best experience in this apartment! Beautiful, very comfortable, has everything, and definitely does not feel like your normal 'Airbnb' flat - much much better! We felt at home the moment we arrived and everything worked perfectly. Location is also very convenient next to a supermarket and metro station. Zero complaints and we will definitely be back :)

Love the place , was comfortable and has everything you need, once check in is very easy to go in. on the north part of Madrid, 20 min from el Centro. 15 from Bernabeu.

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

Comfortable and simple accommodation. Very clean everything. To stay a few days very recommended. Perfect location 5-6 minutes away from Tetuán metro stop. Excellent customer service, they were very quick to respond.

Since the reservation Francisco has always responded quickly and clearly! Next to the date of entry into the accommodation I asked what the check-in would be like and the same replied to me as clearly as possible, showing the location through photos and all the instructions needed! On day of check-in, Francisco was quite flexible at the time of entry as was the departure time! Accommodation is small, but enough to spend a few days! The most annoying things are the beds that are single and very easily separate and the hot water from the shower that goes from hot to cold quickly, even without the hot water, because when the hot water is turned off and on again, the hot water comes back! Functional Wifi and Dishware Available!

Great host with proactive approach and addressed our additional needs. The apartment is suitable for few days stay, located in a safe neighborhood, few steps from the metro station from where you can easily get to the center as well as from/ to the airport. Me and my friend loved our stay and recommend this accommodation ☺️

Very helpful and friendly! It's in an incredible area near the subway that took us everywhere we wanted! The space is exactly as described and we were still very well received with snacks and food, to have a perfect stay! We couldn't recommend more!

An apartment with an unbeatable location in a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, quiet and has a very friendly doorman available to answer any questions. It is an interior apartment, which gives you a great peace of mind and is very well lit, so you do not miss an outside view at all. I have to mention that the shower has perfect pressure, something that is not usually common in apartments and that is greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. I was very grateful that they allowed me to leave my things several hours before check-in time without any problems. I loved everything and would love to come back. I have no complaints, on the contrary!

What can I say, everything was fantastic... it felt like home! Eva was very helpful, she fulfilled all my requests. When she came for check-in, she brought candy for our three children. Every time I wrote to her on WhatsApp, I received an immediate response. If I return to Madrid, Eva's house will be my point of reference...also because the Metro under the house is priceless! I highly recommend this place!

Great location! It's walkable to most of the attractions. The apartment is spacious and good for a family. Antonio was very responsive. The only thing is the master bedroom AC makes some noise.

Lila was very helpful and friendly. Gave clear instructions about checking in and out. Also very cozy place
