Gegend ist sehr ländlich , Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss(2.Etage), ruhig, ungestört. Umgeben von Bauernhöfen und viel Wald kann man in der Nähe von Salzburg gut entspannen und ist dennoch sofort mit dem Auto im Zentrum des Geschehens. Supermärkte sind ganz schnell erreichbar, der Wallersee in Sichtweite. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Baden und Wandern und um Salzburg zu erkunden. Auch das Salzkammergut , Hallstatt und der Königssee sind schnell zu erreichen.Auch mit Öffis gut machbar.

Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

My accommodation is good for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers and families (with children) . The apartment has a total of 3 rooms for up to 4 people . Center of Mondsee is 10 minutes walk (1,5km) , the city of Salzburg 25 min. by car or 45 min. by bus line 140 Parking available.
