Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Perfekt für 2-3 Personen in einem zauberhaften alten Bauernhaus, ca. 10 Minuten zur A9 und 25 Min. zum Messegelände Nürnberg. Wir selbst wohnen auch hier in diesem Haus, bemühen uns jedoch stets um Diskretion und gegenseitige Wahrung der Privatsphäre ♥️

Falkennest-Haus

In the immediate vicinity of the Franconian Lake District as well as Nuremberg and on the edge of the Altmühltal Nature Park, you can enjoy beautiful hours in the small village of Lay! Our "Falkennest-Haus" from 1937, which we have lovingly renovated, consists of two separate apartments, which can be wonderfully combined for a large group. The special charm of old walls mixed with modern elements and the latest furnishings makes your stay a unique experience!

Tower room "Rapunzel" (Schloßschänke Eysölden)

Das 1000 Jahre alte Schloss bietet eine besondere Herberge im Fränkischen Seenland. In der Nähe finden sich zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, wie der Rothsee (8 km) und die Burgenstadt Nürnberg (40 km). Fahrräder können beim lokalen Händler gemietet werden. Das Naturpark Altmühltal beginnt direkt bei uns. Die Pyraser Brauerei liegt nur 2 km entfernt. In Eysölden gibt es einen traditionellen Bäcker, eine Tankstelle und gute Anbindung an den Busverkehr.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

Our romantic gallery apartment is part of our farm, which is in an idyllic secluded location (with a neighboring farm next door) only 1.3 km from the north shore of Lake Großer Brombach (Allmannsdorf). The apartment has a cozy garden with a walnut tree, gazebo and barbecue.
