Our lovingly renovated house is close to the beautiful Hochosterwitz Castle. The outdoor area is just being completed. Around our quiet village of St. Sebastian (Carinthia), many routes and paths invite you to hike to the neighboring Magdalensberg or Christofberg. Hochosterwitz Castle is easily accessible on foot or by bike. By car, you can reach the district capital of St. Veit an der Glan in just 10 minutes or in 20 minutes to the state capital Klagenfurt.

From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
