Beachfront holiday rentals in Théoule-sur-Mer

Our second stay here. First in 2018. Great location on the beach and close walking to all you need in food and restaurants. Also close to train station so transport from Nice airport is easy enough. Can be a bit loud from beach on weekends but didn’t bother us. Apartment is very nice with great wrap around balcony. Always a nice cooling breeze off the Med. thumbs up from us.

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

Kevin ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns trotz der späten Anreise eine umfassende Einführung zu seiner Wohnung und der umliegenden Gegend gegeben. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und Kevin hat sich stets nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Das Loft, die Dachterrasse und der Infinity-Pool ermöglichen es, die herrliche Gegend auf luxuriöse Weise zu geniessen. Die Liegenschaft liegt direkt an einem kleinen, ruhigen Strand, sodass wir als Meerliebhaber voll auf unsere Kosten kamen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und würden gerne erneut Kevins Gäste sein!

Upealla paikalla ja lähellä paikallisjuna-asemaa. Helppo päästä Nizzaan, mutta Cagnes Sur Mer itsessään tarjoaa jo paljon nähtävää. Asunto oli siisti, ja sijaitsi talon ylimmässä kerroksessa (huom. ei hissiä). Tehokas ilmastointi. Majoittuisimme täällä ehdottomasti uudestaan.

Je recommande vraiment ce logement sublime , en plein centre , et à 1 min de la mer ( accès direct depuis la résidence ..) Kevin a été un super hôte , toujours réactif et présent On reviendra c’est sur ! David

Accueil très attentionné et chaleureux de NAT et FRED Résidence calme et bien placée,vue panoramique et extraordinaire au début du CAP D'ANTIBES. A votre arrivée vous avez tout pour le petit déjeuner,et ça c'est le premier plaisir. Vivement les prochaines vacances à ANTIBES.

Stephanie’s place was the perfect getaway for our small family. She went above and beyond - stocking the apartment with not just the essentials, but thoughtful extras like beach toys, sunbeds, and games for kids. The apartment was cozy, spotless, and ideal for two adults and a child. We loved waking up to stunning sunrises and being just steps from the beach. The underground parking was a huge bonus. Stephanie’s care and attention to detail truly made us feel at home. We recommend renting a car to explore the area - don’t miss the amazing pastries at Benjamin Marquis or nearby supermarkets like Auchan and Monoprix. Thank you, Stephanie, for such a warm and wonderful stay. We hope to return soon!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dieser zauberhaften Villa, sie übertrifft alle Erwartungen! Ein Traum! Die Kommunikation war super freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit, der Check-in ist einfach, die Lage ist ruhig und der Blick und das Haus sind ganz einfach phänomenal. Ich war täglich im beheizten Pool schwimmen mit Blick aufs Meer. Pures Glück. Wir hoffen, bald wieder hier unseren Irlaub verbringen zu können. Vielen Dank fuer alles!!

这套别墅建在山顶。用Google导航有些不准确。大概还要在走两间房子的距离。门牌号很清楚。找起来很方便。房子周围是安静的居民区。有两层楼。入户的一层有两间卧室，两个洗手间一间浴室。楼下还有两间各包含浴室和卫生间的卧室。我们只有三个人所以很多房间都浪费了。别墅去到海边不远，可以从房屋后的楼梯下山步行。不太好走。爬楼比较累。也可以开车去海边附近大概100米的地方。我发现有好大一片停车场。在地图露营地的附近。海边沙滩沙质还可以可以下海游泳。别墅周围我没有发现吃饭的地方。饭店都集中在海边。我们购物都去附近大概8–9公里的大超市E Leclerc SAINT RAPHAEL。 我们入住时虽然经历了一个小波折但是房东和marie人很好。还送了小礼物表示歉意。 房子的风景简直太美了，比图片上看到的风景美太多。如身在旅游景区一样。加热泳池也很好游。我们很遗憾就住了这么几天。 唯一的小缺陷就是床品陈旧了，该换新的了。

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in traumhafter Unterkunft und Umgebung. Ob nach Rennradtouren ans Meer, Bushaltestelle oder Bahnhof, alles in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Städtetrips bequem mit Zug machbar. Das Auto brauchten wir nur für Einkäufe. Der Garten, le cabanon und die Aussicht ein Highlight. Die Hütte liebevollste gestaltet und perfekt ausgestattet. Das ganze umrahmt von sehr sympathischen und charmanten Gastgebern. Absolute Empfehlung !!!

Jasmine was a nice, friendly host. Her apartment is in a very quiet, peaceful location close to beaches, train station and several restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with a lovely terrace, table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool, as well as car parking space. We had a hire car and enjoyed trips to Théoule Sur Mer, Cannes, Nice and Villefranche-sur-Mer which are all within easy driving distance. We would thoroughly recommend Jasmine’s apartment for a couple. John Hamilton

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse war fantastisch und die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt für ein paar erholsame Tage. Wir hatten auch einen sehr freundlichen Empfang an der Unterkunft mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge.

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Fijn verblijf gehad bij Veronique. Huisje was keurig schoon. Prachtig uitzicht op de haven. Leuke restaurantjes op loop afstand. De communicatie met Veronique verliep prima, reageerde altijd heel snel.

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

Franck's apartment was exactly what was mentioned in the offer and Franck himself was very pro-active, contacting me and offering the possibility of an earlier check in and out. Everything was perfect and we also lucked out because they were changing up the parking ticket machines in the town so parking was free during this long holiday weekend.

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

Äußerst fantastisch - wir waren so happy in der Wohnung von Kerstin zu sein. Hier ist einfach alles durchdacht, blitzsauber, liebevoll hergerichtet, mit Charme & Herz das spürt man sofort. Die Wohnung ist makellos, die Lage traumhaft, Öffis, Restaurants, Altstadt alles zu Fuss wunderbar erreichbar. VeloStation, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Cafe, Strand -alles direkt vor der Haustüre. Parken in der Haltezone vor dem Haus ganz easy. Vom Kinderspielzeug, über Büroutensilien, traumhafte Küchenausstattung, Nespreso Maschine, Eiswürfelmaschine, Fotoaccessoires, Einkaufstrolly, Waschmaschine + Wäschetrockner … es ist einfach wirklich alles da. Kerstin hat an alles gedacht 🥰. Wir fühlten uns wie daheim. Alle Empfehlungen von Kerstin zu den Restaurants sind super, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Besonders nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit ist auch Anna beim Check In. Danke vielmals.

Séjour parfait, très belle adresse à recommander. Correspond parfaitement à la description. Magnifique panorama sur la baie de Cannes et les Alpes.
