Holiday rentals with a patio in Thessaloniki

A lovely apartment in the most perfect location, easily accessible to the high street and the front in only a short walk. The apartment itself was great. Everything you need to make it feel like a home from home. The bed is one of the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in when away if not the best! I slept like a little baby! The balcony was massive and got the sun from around 1:30pm. I wasn’t sure how to pull back the orning as I didn’t want to break anything so it was shaded during the morning, (may time). Overall a brilliant stay, whilst there I did come across something however messaged and it was sorted instantly, communication was excellent and very responsive! Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back next time we visit Thessaloniki

Melina was a very kind and extrovert person. She was lovely and always in a good mood. I loved being her guest. The view was great, the flat was easy to use, we had everything we needed, so in summary it was worth it;))

Communication with Effie was quite easy and fast. We were happy to think about a lot of things at home and prepare. The location of the house is very central. It can be walked everywhere. Parking in the city is generally a problem, but there is also paid parking right across from the house. We were quite satisfied, we stayed for 3 nights with 4 adults, 2 children.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, just a 2-minute walk from the sea. We especially enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. The bedroom was quiet, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful apartment and two very attentive and nice hosts have always made us feel at home. The apartment has everything you need, is new, modern, fully air-conditioned and well-maintained. The location is great, because everything is within a few minutes' walk. There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as well as supermarkets and even a hairdresser as a neighbor. The prices are very moderate and I have never eaten seafood so well and cheaply. Opposite is a small park and a very beautiful church...without bells ringing ;) . The pool on the second property is very nice and quiet. The hosts Anke and Evangelos have created a beautiful oasis here. Thanks again to both of you for the nice conversations and availability at all times.

Very spacious apartment. Clean and quiet. Parking was right in front of the house. Comfortable spaces, the bedroom and the living room. The bathroom was a little cramped and the water overflowed, but there was a mop.

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

The place is amazing !! One of the best place I stayed in. The jaccuzi is very nice. Everything is decorated well and feels like home ! It is also very clean. The location is outside of the city center but by car very close to the city center. We loved the location. We loved everything about the stay

Beautiful little home

very comfortable space! you could easily have friends over. she supplied us with soaps, toilet paper, snacks, coffee, water bottles, a briki, anything we might need upon arrival. super cute space with comfy couches and comfy bed. host was very responsive, kind, and helpful while giving us lots of privacy! highly recommend. not disability accessible.

Konstantinos was very polite and very helpful. The house is really cozy, exactly as described, very clean and offered everything required for a pleasent stay.

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

I have been staying in Thess for approaching 3 years and I have to say that even though each apartment is unique in it's own way, I absolutely loved this one - it felt sooo cozy, warm and really like a home. I absolutely loved the style of it, the decor was very well thought of and it was incredibly spotless clean upon check in. I also absolutely love this area, and probably more so than the Roman Agora where I have always stayed previously. This was the perfect fit! The bed - super comfy with such nice sheets, the kitchen is more than generous in size with everything that you possibly need and much more, the shower is huge and the aircon works incredibly well. The WiFi - completely uninterrupted, so absolutely perfect for digital nomads and remote workers (like myself). The check-in was incredibly smooth and Savas was always responsive and very clear and prompt in all his communication. I'd give this a 11/10 and I can't wait to return. Thank you Savas for such an incredible stay!

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

The apartment was great and very clean. Its location was within walking distance to all the main attractions. The balcony was a great addition. Christos was a great host and made sure that we would feel taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay! The house was cozy and clean, a real paradise in which to relax. The location was perfect for exploring the city and discovering all its secrets. The service was impeccable and the hospitality was top notch. I can only highly recommend this stay to everyone! I will definitely be back!

The property is great for a couple's accommodation. It's so good that you'd rather spend more time on it than off. It is located in a very central spot. It has everything within a 5 minute walk. From supermarkets and restaurants cafes of all kinds, to metro and bus stop. Parking is easy. The only small minus (not that important though) is the internet within the space. If you are a pro and need speed to upload or download large files, it will take a long time. The accommodation is one of the best I have visited and is definitely my No1 choice for the center of Thessaloniki.

Liked the apartment, they did a great job. It is an underground apartment from the street side with smaller windows, but on the other hand there is a balcony at the back which is very nice. Check-in and communication was superb! I would stay again.

Impeccable as always, I have used the property 3 times!
