Holiday rentals with a sauna in Theux

We stayed at Raphael's for the second time and it was super nice again. It is a great apartment with a super nice garden. We felt very comfortable and would come again at any time.

A great stay in the studio - the impeccable cleanliness of the place, the sauna, the hot tub and the comfort of the bed... Not to mention an impeccable and accommodating communication with the host, Vanessa is a top host. The Studio is a perfect match for the listing. A moment of relaxation guaranteed and ideally located in the quiet of the countryside, but remaining close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bakery,.. 1km away!). Vanessa also leaves a binder with many good places to stay. Thank you for everything!

Very nice accommodation, impeccably clean, modern and functional. The decoration is done with great taste, and everything is thought for comfort. Very high quality bedding, guaranteeing quiet and restful nights. Ideally located between Valkenburg and Aachen, perfect for visiting Christmas markets. Excellent welcome from hosts, warm and caring. The property also offers a hearty and delicious breakfast, as well as a wellness area that adds a touch of relaxation to the stay. A place that I highly recommend, and where I will return without hesitation!

The apartment is fantastic. From the beginning, we felt incredibly comfortable here. Our main goal was to relax and simply switch off, which is why the surroundings were not important to us in terms of business opportunities. The accommodation is extremely clean, high quality and cozy! The hosts were incredibly friendly and answered our questions within minutes & helped us at all times! Cozy and warm apartment, everything available in the kitchen for cooking, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, large fridge. Bathroom with shower. Within walking distance (20 min) of the city center of Verviers. Ideal base to go hiking on the High Fens and Spa. Parking space in the garage (for a not too big car). Very clean and beautifully furnished Airbnb with great amenities. Very nice garden and covered terrace with gas grill, sauna and many seating options. Quiet environment with many hiking opportunities. The hosts were very accommodating and, for example, brought us smoothies on a hot day, etc. All in all a great stay.

This nice house is located on a hill, with a beautiful view and large garden. Excellent location to visit with friends. The sauna is located between the two bedrooms, and can be entered from both sides. Dogs are allowed and except for the entry path the garden is surrounded by a fence. The owners are extremely friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed as a couple for one night, the accessibility of the accommodation is easy, you can park in a free parking lot (the old Town Hall). The apartment is very clean, elevator present, jacuzzi and sauna (as in the photos!), bakery next door, Karawa restaurant very good (remember to book). It was a good stay with activities like visiting the castle of the small sum and Durbuy Adventure valley was nice. A breath of fresh air. ☀️🌸 See you soon ✌🏼

Great stay. The apartment was impeccable in every way: layout, comfort, design, cleanliness. Ideal location close to the center (shops and catering) but nevertheless very quiet. Responsive host, clear explanation Everything was perfect, I would recommend

Communication worked well. We were able to check in with the key safe without any problems and enjoyed our short stay. In the kitchen equipment, we would have liked slightly larger pots, as up to 6 people can sleep here. We had to cook several times, because the dish for 3 children and 2 adults could not be prepared at once. But otherwise, we were very satisfied with everything.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautifully furnished and you feel right at home. You have a very nice central location so everything was quickly accessible on foot. We felt very comfortable and thank you for letting us spend our time there.

There were 6 of us in the really great, big house! It is equipped with everything you need and more! The house has been furnished with a lot of love. There are many highlights, including a sauna, the hot tub and a pool table. It is very rural, you can hear the animals instead of the traffic. A car is necessary to get to the nearest supermarket or the nearest town. The communication with Christian was great. He is very accommodating and helpful. If you have a concern, he helps immediately. Thank you! We would definitely recommend the house!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was well equipped, we didn't lack anything. Vanessa was always easy to reach and was able to help us.

Clemence’s place captures the best of what Airbnb can offer. The location is ideal—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature, with hiking trails right outside the door. It’s also conveniently close to several villages for groceries and other essentials. The space itself is beautifully designed—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s not large, but it never feels cramped thanks to smart use of space, including ample counter space in both the kitchen and bathroom. Clemence is a fantastic host: responsive, friendly, and respectful of your privacy. He went above and beyond, bringing us fresh strawberries and local beer, and offering great recommendations in the area. Easily one of our favorite Airbnb stays—highly recommended.

It was a blast! We will always visit again!
