Ideally located in the heart of the Normandy countryside, our new house will offer you calm and peace during your tourist getaways in our beautiful region. 1 hour from the beaches of Deauville, 1.5 hours from the gates of Paris, 30 minutes from Rouen and 40 minutes from Evreux, our accommodation will allow you to explore the thousand and one wonders of Normandy. Our house has two small bedrooms, a shower room and toilet, a bright living room and a new equipped kitchen. The garden is not yet enclosed.

A l'intérieur vous pourrez vous amusez avec son jeu de fléchettes , son babyfoot ainsi que de nombreux jeux de sociétés. A l'étage vous découvrirez 3 chambres spacieuses et au 2ème étage une vaste chambre qui fera le bonheur des grands enfants et qui pourra se transformer en dortoir si besoin. La maison dispose de deux terrasses avec son mobilier.
