L'hyper-centre de Thonon est à 5 min à pieds. Balcon ensoleillé avec point de vue dégagé. A proximité des magasins alimentaires, la poste, embarcadère et piscine municipale. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les petites familles, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires.

Situé au bord du lac, devant le débarcadère , vous profiterez d’Evian et de ces atouts sans vous soucier de prendre votre voiture car vous ferez tous à pied ! Old fireplace (out of order), triple exposures with lake view... It consists of an independent bedroom area under the roofs on the upper level, a living area, equipped kitchen, living room (TV & internet) on the middle level (entrance) and a bathroom and toilet (washing machine, dressing room) on the lower level.
