Between the lake and the mountains, a nice site and beautiful location for our recently renovated cottage. Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In a rural and quiet environment, you will enjoy the serenity of the place with a bonus of an unobstructed view facing the fields and the lake. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Attention : charge de voiture électrique impossible. Les voyageurs séjournant à deux et n’utilisant que le lit double peuvent effectuer la réservation pour une seule personne afin de bénéficier d’un tarif réduit. Nous fournissons les draps et les linges de toilette.

Le Petite Maison Neuvecelle est une charmante maison de village sur les hauteurs d'Evian avec terrasse et jardinet plein sud clôturés. Possibilité de rentrer une moto sur la terrasse. Cette jolie maison atypique est composée au rez de chaussée, d'une cuisine équipée, d'une salle de bain avec douche et d'un WC. À l'étage, un espace ouvert avec chambre avec lit 2 places et d'un salon avec canapé convertible.
