Agréable T3 en duplex avec parking sécurisés, deux chambres équipés de lits doubles et bureau. Calme au dernier étage d’un immeuble, à 4 min à pied de la gare de Thonon , 15 min à pieds des termes. L'hyper-centre de Thonon est à 5 min à pieds. Balcon ensoleillé avec point de vue dégagé. A proximité des magasins alimentaires, la poste, embarcadère et piscine municipale. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les petites familles, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires.

Situé au bord du lac, devant le débarcadère , vous profiterez d’Evian et de ces atouts sans vous soucier de prendre votre voiture car vous ferez tous à pied ! Quel bonheur de sortir de chez soi et d’être directement sur les quais ou la promenade y est magnifique à toutes heures de la journée.... Bon séjour dans notre belle ville d’Evian.

A getaway to Lake Geneva

Welcome to this cozy, peaceful and central place! 5 minutes from the main street of the city center and a few minutes from the lake, in a quiet area and a very well maintained building, you will be at home in this beautiful studio. This accommodation is 32 m2, it has a separate kitchen and a 160 cm sofa bed. It was recently refurbished. It is perfectly suited for a couple of tourists, young parents with a baby, and ideally located for a one-off worker in Switzerland.

Old fireplace (out of order), triple exposures with lake view... It consists of an independent bedroom area under the roofs on the upper level, a living area, equipped kitchen, living room (TV & internet) on the middle level (entrance) and a bathroom and toilet (washing machine, dressing room) on the lower level.

This building, now a private residence, is linked to several highlights of 20th century history. It was at the Hôtel du Parc that the negotiations for the resolution of the Algerian conflict took place and which led, on March 18, 1962, to the signing of the Evian Accords.
