A pretty detached historic 3 bedroom flint cottage up a private drive with a wood burner, delightful private garden, terrace, summer house and deck area overlooking a pond full of wildlife. It is walking distance to the charming village of Thorncombe with a great community run shop and playground in an AONB with plenty of walks from the doorstep, plenty of wildlife and no light pollution, so amazing night skies, with the Jurassic coast and plenty of historic houses close by to explore.

Studio Flat at Parks Cottage

The Parks Cottage Studio flat is a large room above a stone built outbuilding in the grounds of a small holding in the countryside about 4 miles from Axminster. It is lovely and quiet and there are pleasant walks in the area. We welcome well behaved dogs and other pets. The village of Chardstock is only one and a half miles away with a pub and a PO shop. There is a small shower and loo down stairs.The Studio is well equipped with cooking facilities - hob, microwave & fridge freezer.

Outside there is a private terrace with Pizza oven, BBQ and outdoor dining and living area.
