NEW Stunning Home heart of Devon, Hot Tub

SophieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We went to the house for a low key hen party and honestly had the best time. The house was perfect for hosting, plenty of space for games, activities. Check in was easy, finding the keys etc went well and the host allowed us early access and a late check out which was perfect for us. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures! We were extremely happy and the outside space is perfect, pretty and gave us the privacy we wanted. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and the house has 2 fridge freezers so plenty of space to store food and drink. The Zbeds beds weren’t the most comfortable but for a short weekend away they were fine and fit for use. The beds however were heaven. All pubs and restaurants are a drive away from the house and taxis in the area aren’t easy to come by, something to bear in mind. Shops are only 10-15 mins away by car, which made things super easy. We would 100000% stay again

We had a great stay at The Barn. Jenny provided everything we needed and the place was spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed - had a great sleep. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lavender Cottage, Mosterton, Beaminster, Dorset.

GemmaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had the perfect stay at the Lavender Cottage. We travelled down from Oxford for a relaxing baby moon near the coast. Spent the day at Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove which was absolutely stunning and did not disappoint. Drive wasn't too far from the cottage through lovely scenic villages. Wendy is a superstar host. Very friendly, knowledgeable of the area and an absolute joy. She provided us with recommendations of places to visit and eat locally. The cottage itself was clean and well equipped with everything you need for a few days away. I loved the style and overall aesthetic of the cottage. We would highly recommend.

Pretty chapel lovely hamlet, piano, pets welcome

MartinRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Had a lovely stay at the old chapel and wished we could have stayed longer. Very clear directions from Stephen to find the property, and then very easy check in. Property is beautiful, very quirky but extremely comfortable and well furnished. The beds were also very comfortable. The high light for me had to be the fantastic grand piano. The piano is beautiful to look at and sounds amazing……definitely won’t seem the same playing my Yamaha digital!! Stephen was always very communicative and was very prompt in helping us sort a problem that we caused. As other reviews have mentioned, there is a bit of road noise but is really only a few cars in the morning and evening, otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely like to return to this property.

Dorset Croft

DomRating, 5 stars1 month ago
What a find. I wanted something quiet and peaceful and it turned out to be perfect. The flat/apartment is built on top of the main house but with separate entrance. You wouldn’t know anyone else was there with a fantastic sun trap of a patio. I had my own parking and came as I pleased. If you want a great base with local walking it’s perfect. Small trip into Waitrose in Bridport or fresh fish at Lyme Regis. Lovely restaurant Brassica in Beaminster. Everything close by but a car is needed. Hosts were great and leave you just to relax and soak up the lovely setting. If you want to relax and get away from it then it was pretty perfect. Even an outdoor table and pizza oven. Internet all worked but TV is only digital so not an issue as I was aware but something to consider if you want PRIME or NETFLIX. Otherwise has everything you could want. Even sheep in the fields adjacent to the property to add to the experience. Nearest pub a couple of miles in Beaminster. Thoroughly recommended

Character Cottage West Dorset

AlisonRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We enjoyed our stay at Jonathan's cottage. Well equipped and comfortable with a lovely garden and surroundings. As made clear in the description, it is not for those with mobility issues, as access from the lane is up a number of steps or via a sloping path. Indoors the stairs up from the kitchen are so cute and cottagey but a little steep. We didn't mind as we loved the old, quirky feel to the place. Great place for good walks straight from the door in different directions. Jonathan was a very responsive and helpful host. Thank you.
