Holiday rentals with a pool in Thornton

House was exactly as advertised and perfect for two couples up for a ski trip at Waterville Valley. Marlene was very helpful and great with communication. The ski lodge down the street is definitely worth a visit. I would definitely return in the future.

I am very pleased to have stayed at their house. Everything was clean, tidy and everything was as described. I will definitely come back here👍

We had a great time staying at Jenna's place. She was very responsive whenever we had a question. This centralized location is near many great trails in Franconia.

Our family absolutely loved staying at this home. It was very private and quiet. The home was beautiful and plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Tons of space and great for families. The owners were very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The community center where the pools are loacted was clean and very inviting. We plan to return in the near future.

Fantastic! We had 3 families with kids for a ski vacation and this house was very comfortable for everyone. So much space and lots to do for the kids with pool table, ping pong,, etc. The adults enjoyed the posh sauna. Kitchen was really outfitted with everything you need for mealtime and the layout was well designed.. The photos of the view don’t really capture how grand it is. Finally, Yakov is a great host - very accommodating, friendly and answered any questions quickly and easily. I suppose you could stay closer to the ski areas but the amenities and comfort of this place far outweigh that minor inconvenience and we loved the peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks, Yakov, for an awesome stay!

Loved staying in this room! Perfect for families with small kids, right across from the playground and so close to story land. Had a blast and would def stay here again!

The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. Having two pools, indoor and outdoor, was sublime. We had a blast! We did have trouble locating the actual unit inside the building. The building is huge and we had to wonder around for a while to find our unit. Also, the Wi-Fi name provided to us did not come up on my phone as an option, and I reached out to the host for clarity, but they never responded. I ended up selecting a similarly named network and the password worked. Not sure what’s up with that. Other than those two small things, it was a great place to stay!

This is my 2nd time staying at Ricks Condo. It was just as fabulous as the last stay. Parking is plentiful. The lodge itself has extra amenities if you just wanted to hang around the lodge, it does not disappoint. Really enjoy the sound of the stream down by the trees. Quiet, clean and very close to anything you would need on vacation. See you next year Rick.

Had a great time catching up with college friends at Robert’s place! The location was amazing and the indoor amenities were great to have given it was a rainy weekend. Just a reminder to pack towels if you have more than 6 going (as described in the listing- just two are provided per bathroom). Only complaint would be that there’s blinds but no curtains so just be aware if you wanted to sleep in but get woken easily with the sun. Overall- had such a great time and would recommend to all! Our stay was short but the place was awesome. The roaring river out back made the stay. Very clean place. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Roberta's place was perfect! We come up to Lincoln often and have stayed at many different places and I must say that this location is the best -- it took us one minute to get to Loon! The view is spectacular -- I love sitting on the couch, reading, while I look up and see the Pemi river. It is so very peaceful. Inside, you will find all the amenities you could need - every room is fully stocked. The beds are super comfy, and if you appreciate a nice cozy blanket while sitting next to the fire, you will find one in every bedroom! Roberta was very friendly and responsive. My daughter and I decided to extend our stay by one day, and she immediately got back to me, making the process seamless. I highly recommend this place!!

Absolutely beautiful condo in the perfect location! We loved everything about it! Perfectly clean and had everything we needed and more (comfortable beds, pool, pickle ball, beautiful grounds, extremely clean, perfectly decorated for comfort, etc…). Could not have been better! Looking forward to our next stay here! Also, very friendly and responsive host. We literally said “wow” when we saw it! Very highly recommend!
