I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It’s a prime location, conveniently located near restaurants, a movie theater, and the highway—makes it an ideal choice. The apartment was clean, spacious, and stocked with all the essentials to make it an enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

I’ve stayed here a few times while in town for work, and every time it has been better than the last. Manuel obviously reinvests time and money into this property, and it shows. By far the best place for the price that I’ve found in Tulare.

This is our third time renting this place..easy and convenient to all the areas in downtown. It is perfect for 2 or 3 people. We feel perfectly secure and safe here and Ursula and team are easy to work with. Self checkin/out is a plus! It is about a 3 minute drive to Hwy 198 from the Airbnb.

Place was great. Good local easy communication. Small odds and ends need some tlc but I am known to have high expectations. Thanks again for the stay.

Dorinda’s place is really comfortable, my stay was cozy especially after a long day at work. I would definitely recommend this place .

Stayed here while visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Had all the essentials and plenty of space for the 2 of us. Matched what we expected from the listing.

Lis was a great host and the sunset cottage is lovely. She proactively communicated before our stay, sent clear check-in instructions and also checked in mid-stay to see if we needed anything. The cottage is in the perfect location, as it’s under 10 minutes to get to the national park entrance and also close to the town’s restaurants, shops, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and Lis has thought of everything to make her guests feel at home. We will recommend Lis’ cottage to friends/family visiting the Sequoia area in the future.

What a wonderful place to relax and reconnect with nature! Fantastic views including regular visits from bunnies, squirrels, quails, a wild turkey and several species of other birds. Extremely well stocked home with tons of comfortable places to sit back and enjoy. Thank you Fred and Maria! P.S. Really appreciate the filling up of the bird feeder with plenty of food and the bird bath where I enjoyed a squirrel drinking for a good long while! 🐿️

Susan and Kurt's place was about as picturesque as you can get! Beautiful and full character, the house has so much to give. The garden out front is frequented by friendly wildlife and lit up with fairy lights, a warm welcome to the Lodge (especially when you get in late like we did). Each room in the house has so many cool and unique features, such as the standing bathtub and outdoor fountain, the lofted window bed, the outdoor patio and lounge bed, and of course, stained glass everywhere! The house is also a short distance away from a quiet but plentiful town, a beautiful river, and of course, the most spectacular National Parks. Susan and Kurt are wonderful hosts and their place is just right for any traveler! We will be sure to take advantage of it again.

Great location which was both private yet walkable to key locations in Three Rivers. Lis provided recommendations for local spots to eat for dinner. We appreciated a kitchen stocked with the basics such as coffee but also some fun additional snacks, spices and even sandwich bags which were helpful for our hikes. There's multiple outside areas to relax along with lights and citronella candles to keep bug free. Due to the heatwave we stayed inside and enjoyed the cool AC.

Absolutely amazing stay! This place was perfect—just minutes from the park entrance, with fantastic amenities and a host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully arranged. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay—peaceful, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Sequoia National Park. The home was clean, an updated farmhouse, with thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. Our host, Staci is responsive and kind, and the quiet surroundings were just what we needed after long days of hiking. Looking forward to stay here again!

Martha’s place in Three’s River was just outside Sequoia NP. The location was perfect for visiting the park. There were also restaurants near by that made our lives so much easier since finding good food in the parks can be tough. Her place was a very serene, calming place to relax after a day of hiking and sight seeing. My wife and I would sit on the patio feeding the fish, watching the quails, ground squirrels, hummingbirds, the occasional turkey, and the big bullfrog that lives in the pond for hours. I recommend this place to anyone.

This place is truly a gem! So serene and beautifully designed and well maintained. A good distance off the main road to have privacy/quiet. We especially enjoyed the pool and views. Easy access to the park. Dreaming of coming back soon!

Nice place, spacious, clean, cute, comfy beds. We appreciated the snacks and extra little thoughtful amenities, I forgot my toothbrush so it was awesome there were some provided!

Joshua is a great host. He’s very responsive. The place was everything and more. Very private. You have your own entrance. Plenty of parking and in a very safe neighborhood!!! I would definitely stay again.

Loved this place a lot! Very cozy and charming home. Very clean. Great location. Very quiet and love the sound of the birds in the morning. Will definitely be back!
