Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Three Rivers

Grayson’s home looked like the pictures. The beds were really comfortable, linens clean, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed since we cooked often. There were some issues during our stay. The a/c wouldn’t cool the home and the hot water in the shower wouldn’t work 1 night (worked other nights), we notified Grayson and he sent someone out to look at it asap. Very nice and proactive host!! The view was nice, quiet and peaceful. Home was nice for what we needed visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon with a newborn and toddler. Just needs some minor updates to make it even more enjoyable! — I will add, I had concerns before booking regarding no blackout blinds or curtains (due to having 2 kids who sleep before dark) and Grayson installed/updated them prior to our stay!! So helpful!! They did have a feeding chair, crib, and pack and play. Would stay again.

We loved the location, which is within 3 miles of Sequoia National Park entrance. The pool area had a child protection gate/fence around it, which really put our minds at ease. The balcony views were lovely! Really loved the interesting art work as well!

Susan and Kurt's place was about as picturesque as you can get! Beautiful and full character, the house has so much to give. The garden out front is frequented by friendly wildlife and lit up with fairy lights, a warm welcome to the Lodge (especially when you get in late like we did). Each room in the house has so many cool and unique features, such as the standing bathtub and outdoor fountain, the lofted window bed, the outdoor patio and lounge bed, and of course, stained glass everywhere! The house is also a short distance away from a quiet but plentiful town, a beautiful river, and of course, the most spectacular National Parks. Susan and Kurt are wonderful hosts and their place is just right for any traveler! We will be sure to take advantage of it again.

Great location which was both private yet walkable to key locations in Three Rivers. Lis provided recommendations for local spots to eat for dinner. We appreciated a kitchen stocked with the basics such as coffee but also some fun additional snacks, spices and even sandwich bags which were helpful for our hikes. There's multiple outside areas to relax along with lights and citronella candles to keep bug free. Due to the heatwave we stayed inside and enjoyed the cool AC.

We had a wonderful stay—peaceful, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Sequoia National Park. The home was clean, an updated farmhouse, with thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. Our host, Staci is responsive and kind, and the quiet surroundings were just what we needed after long days of hiking. Looking forward to stay here again!

Beautiful home! Very clean. Great location to visit Seqouia National Park. The only thing is that one of the bedrooms has a wall that doesn’t completely go to the ceiling so that if someone is the the living room they will hear any noise. But that is a minor thing. The home is still very beautiful and offered what we needed.

I’ve stayed here a few times while in town for work, and every time it has been better than the last. Manuel obviously reinvests time and money into this property, and it shows. By far the best place for the price that I’ve found in Tulare.

Peyton was a great host. She responded promptly to all of our questions after check in. The location is quiet and private. The location is wonderful - close to restaurants and shopping. We walked to a nice park one day and watched the people and the ducks. We would stay here again.

This place is perfect!!! Joe was so friendly and gave us recommendations for places to eat! After a long day driving, this was the perfect place to spend the night and rest! Went to see the Sequoias the day after full of energy. Definitely recommend to anyone!!!

This was a great spot to stay as we got married at Springville ranch this weekend. It is right across the street so the location was amazing to run back and forth quickly when needed on the wedding day. Host is very responsive and there were no issues at all with the cottage, it was exactly as described!

Nice place, spacious, clean, cute, comfy beds. We appreciated the snacks and extra little thoughtful amenities, I forgot my toothbrush so it was awesome there were some provided!

Joshua is a great host. He’s very responsive. The place was everything and more. Very private. You have your own entrance. Plenty of parking and in a very safe neighborhood!!! I would definitely stay again.

Loved this place a lot! Very cozy and charming home. Very clean. Great location. Very quiet and love the sound of the birds in the morning. Will definitely be back!
