Nice cosy place away from the rush of the city centre with beautiful views of the mountains and the valley

Good place.

We had a wonderful stay at Ooty Homestay — a charming spot that feels just like home in the lap of nature. The location is perfect — close enough to town for convenient sightseeing, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials, and the beds were especially cozy after a day of exploring Ooty’s beautiful hills. The view from the balcony in the morning, with clouds slowly lifting over the valley, was truly magical.

Our stay here was fantastic! Exactly as the images depict, an entire glass wall of the cottage looks onto the valley, offering stunning views at all times of the day (& night!). And given its secluded location, we were able to keep the blinds up to enjoy these views (the cottage is serene with moonlight streaming in!). Also, we strongly recommend walking around the rest of this community, where breathtaking views will greet you at every corner! The thoughtfulness with which the owners have designed the cottage for everyday use make it a perfect getaway. Equipped with modern amenities, it is very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with a range of utensils and you’ll find it a delight to cook in! If you're not keen on cooking, there are some good restaurants (Mrs. Reddy’s recommendations were spot on for us!) that you could order in from. A big thanks to Mr Krishnan and Mrs. Reddy, who were very helpful and prompt. They ensured a pleasant stay for us & we hope to return soon!
