Great apartment for outdoor activities newly renovated

We offer a furnished convenient 1-bedroom apartment for 1-2 people south of the Thuringian Forest. Our apartment is very comfortable and also has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. The room is suitable for relaxing, sleeping and working. It has a cozy couch for up to 2 people. The kitchen has a rustic flair with a small table and two chairs. To the bathroom belongs a new shower, sink and a toilet. In the summer-time you can also use the terrace to enjoy the sun just outside of the apartement. In summer, you can explore countless trails in the Thuringian Forest. Unwind and enjoy in surrounding traditional pubs with traditional Thuringian and Franconian cuisine. In winter, there are many cross-country ski and skating trails. You can practice your winter sports actively or just take a relaxing walk in fresh and crispy winter air. For Cross-country skiers there is a variety of difficulties available, from simple to challenging trails. For skiers and snowboarders nearby slopes also rank from simple to challenging. At ski arena Silbersattel in Steinach, only 15 minutes drive from us, you can get the kick out of winter sports, even if you are just beginner. The area further offers the residence of Coburg (Bavaria), the Upper Main-Therme Bad Staffelstein (Bavaria) and the Meiningen Theater which are all worth a visit. Since we live next door to the apartment and are very familiar with the area, we also give you information about outdoor activities and other attractions in the area. Apartment in the middle of the old town

My apartment about 35 square meters is in the middle of the old town on the first floor in a backyard, so in the evening usually very quiet. Close to art and culture ,restaurants, and shopping. We are in the pedestrian zone, therefore there is no parking directly at the house, but the parking garage at the cathedral square is only about 300 meters away on foot. Please understand that smoking is prohibited in the apartment, in the backyard there is a kl garden where you can enjoy that in the fresh air

Süßes kleines Häuschen in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage auf Gartengrundstück. Toller Panoramaausblick ins Tal über Fichtelberg-Neubau. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fichtelsee und Naabquelle der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Im Winter führt der Loipeneinstieg in nächster Nähe vorbei. Durch die Lage auf 800 m ü.d.M. ist es relativ schneesicher. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt direkt zum Haus nicht gewährleistet, je nach Straßenzustand muß 500m entfernt geparkt werden.

Our accommodation is absolutely quiet, and you can be in nature in just a few steps. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity, you will find cross-country ski trails and the biathlon stadium with a roller ski track and ski lift, a sledding slope, MTB trails, and hiking trails. Our holiday home is located in the picturesque beautiful Schmiedefeld on the Rennsteig, in the middle of the Thuringian Forest Biosphere Reserve. After only 1.5 km, you will find yourself directly on the Rennsteig and you can explore the hiking and skiing trails to your heart's content. Time can also be wasted on the ski slope, right next to our apartment.
