"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

These newly remolded units are perfect for your next visit to the charming town of Tiffin. This unit has 1 bedroom (King Bed) and 1 bath, everything in the unit is brand new. Each bedroom and family room offers a smart TV. This unit is across the street from Frost Kalnow Stadium and near all of the downtown restaurants, bars and store. Your group will be comfortable in this old world - unique space on the second level. Large picture window in living room and a view of the river from every window. Enjoy the large patio and walk the grounds to view the river bank, fire pit and boat launch. There is an adorable playhouse for the children. It's a very relaxing venue. Please be aware that the entrance to the apartment is the green stairway that is shown in the pictures.

Stay at the 3000 sq ft modern barn bed & breakfast with formal gardens and a swimming pond. You'll have total, private access to the barn. Cook in the equipped kitchen or out on the bbq. Right in the middle of and less then 30 minutes away from Perrysburg, Findlay, Fremont and Tiffin.
