David and Roberta are truly the best hosts! Their place is dreamy beautiful and they go out of their way to help you have the best experience. Whether it’s the delicious breakfast served each morning or doing your laundry, David and Roberta go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are genuinely so kind. Definitely recommend this location.

Nice place, though it’s a bit of a downside that the bedroom isn’t directly connected to the bathroom; you have to walk through a shared hallway to get there. The host is very nice.

i did not Meeting Luisa in Person but She was communicative & helpful for the check in and her Assistent, who checked me in was very Kind . The room is clean and easy walkable from all stations .

Sarah's place is clean, comfortable, and located in the middle of lush green. Yard is full of big lemon trees, olive trees, and flowers like roses and lavenders. They also have hens who provides us breakfast 🥚 Sarah is super friendly. Don't miss her lemon jam! Walking distance from a super market called Sigma.

Marina is the most welcoming and friendly host!She drove to pick us up at the train station, and we also met her lovely little son, Salvo, who was very young but helped us carry our suitcases, which was great! Marina gave us practical information around, at her suggestion we went to San Fruttuoso by boat and also saw beautiful flower exhibitions in Genoa. Marina's place is on a hill surrounded by green trees.There is a creek near the property, and you can hear the sound of water on the terrace outside the door, and the environment is very pleasant.The yard downstairs is filled with lots of plants and is beautiful and I remember a fruitful lemon tree. Our room interior is full of surprises.Marina has prepared a lot of snacks, coffee, tea, etc. for breakfast, and there are many different drinks and milk in the refrigerator, and the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and utensils.The bedroom and bathroom are very clean and spacious.We had a comfortable three days! At the end of the trip Marina drove us to the train station again, thank you so much, it was a very pleasant holiday.I will also come here for a holiday if there is a chance

This is a fabulous place to stay away from any crowds and a stunning location and place to beautiful outside spaces and our apartment was just lovely. We were made so welcome and our host was very flexible with check out as the weather was terrible. Recommend. We loved it

We truly enjoyed the beautiful location, which feels like it's right in the forest. We spent our days at the river across the house and walked to the most beautiful waterfall. The town is also just a short walk away, and there were some cultural activities going on as well. Giavanna makes you feel right at home and helped us get our luggage to the house as it is not easily accessible by car. (but possible when the river is low)

Very good stay. Very welcoming. You have to enjoy the dinners on site because local cuisine of very high quality. Definitely recommend. The plus a beautiful little lythography of the area. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

This place is a beautiful haven and the beer is great as well! I highly recommend staying at Le Spine. Michaela and her family were warm and welcoming. The meal was just perfect and the view is spectacular. If you are walking the Via Francigena, it’s a great spot to stay. If you’re not walking, it’s a super pristine location full of beauty.

I don’t even know where to begin with how amazed I am with staying at Villa Valentina! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and every detail was beautiful. Valentina and Paula were truly amazing hosts and their bed and breakfast is nothing short of amazing. The location is not too far from the town we rode provided bikes down almost everyday. The train station is nearby so you can go check out the nearby cities. We hiked, beached and ate amazing food. I will absolutely be coming back to stay with them.

Staying at Marco and Silvana’s beautiful apartment was like visiting an art gallery during the art deco era. They are warm hosts with a very unique home; the breakfast on the roof top Garden was a highlight. We enjoyed every minute!

You don't often find such nice people. You can see that the accommodation is maintained with heart and love. I would recommend the place to anyone I know. In the evening, with a little luck, the fireflies fly around. And the fresh air is an optimal change, especially on hot summer days. If you want to live quietly and traditionally and still not be far from Genoa, this is the place for you. Also for those who want to avoid the cars, the train is directly opposite. We did not expect much, but we were overwhelmed.

We had a great stay there! Amazing views and a really peaceful area. Silvia is a really open and cheerful person. Breakfast as well as dinner was really tasty. Definitely would love to visit it again!

I finally came back to my Ideal House: Casa Balsamo! I knew I could regenerate in thisOasis of Peace and Serenity, assisted by Bruno, always ready to hide my needs with a Great Smile. Thisyear, however, I found a wonderful novelty that I was not prepared for... when I saw the Yurt in the lawn, I did not resist: I asked Bruno if I could give up my Beautiful and Cozy room, to experience the Emotion of sleeping like the Mongolian Nomads, looking at the starry sky from my bed. Bruno, not only did he give it to me (with Solito Grande Sorriso), but he added another bed inside to share this Unique Experience with me. One night we heard the horses that, in the wild, passed on the path behind the hedge surrounding the house... another night, I fell asleep listening to the Suggestive beating of the rain on the tent… Thank you Bruno! Whatever type of Experience you want to live, in the Yurt or in one of the Charming rooms available, I recommend to everyone, home conditioner!

Brunella and Guiedo’s B&B is an incredible place to stay. It is warm, inviting, peaceful and relaxing which reflects the hosts. They are a wonderful couple who make you feel so welcome and taken care of. I would definitely return.

Elvira was a truly amazing host! We unfortunately arrived a little later than the check-in time, but she patiently waited for us and greeted us with a big smile! The room was also great, it felt as though you walked into your grandmother‘s home and we thus at once felt welcomed. It was exceptionally tidy and well-kept. I would definitely recommend staying here and am sure to come back if I am ever in the area once more!

Francesca and Paolo's B&B is in a quiet and panoramic location, just outside the walls, but very close to the center, reachable on foot in a few minutes. The house has been renovated and furnished with taste and originality. Francesca is very helpful, she also served as a guide, but above all she makes wonderful breakfasts with fresh 0 km products, with a great variety of sweet, savory and fruit. The room had a nice view, it was quiet, the bathroom was very nice with a comfortable shower with variable jets. I loved the sink with a double sink and the fact that there was no TV in the room. I will definitely return to Lunigiana in the beautiful B&B CantoQuinto by Paolo and Francesca.

Excellent place, spotless, spacious. Wide common areas accessible, including a pleasant rooftop terrace with views towards the harbor. More than a kilometer on foot from the train station but the journey is easy and the tranquility of the place is well worth it.

The property is located about 1.5 km from the center. We stayed in a beautiful room with a private terrace. Through the garden, we could walk straight to the pool. The room had an air conditioning and fridge which was very pleasant. Also, the interior looked really nice! Breakfast was delicious and drinks by the pool were ideal. If you are looking for a vacation spot where it is not mega touristy, this is ideal!

Elena proved to be an impeccable host. Perfect room, equipped with all the comforts but above all with those small details that make the difference in the world of hospitality. Perfect value. One piece of advice: you will need a car for getting around (in any case, a private parking space is provided very close to the accommodation).
