Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Tigullio

We enjoyed a relaxing week in this nice and well equipped apartment. Nicely situated at the marina of Fezzano, a normal little village. The view out of the window was pretty: marina, gulf in the background. Thank you very much, Clemente! A la prossima!

L'alloggio è vicino Brignole e questo permette sia di raggiungere facilmente sia il centro, che tutte le zone limitrofe come Boccadasse, Nervi o Bogliasco. Gli spazi a disposizione sono molto ampi e comodi per una famiglia/gruppo di amici. L'host è stata molto gentile e disponibile, sia con i tempi di check-in/checkout e le comunicazioni sono state molto fluide. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziarla nuovamente!

Nessuna difficoltà a fare il self check-in poichè Alessandra ci ha dato le istruzioni mandandoci anche le foto per eseguirlo. Lo avevamo scelto vedendo le foto sul sito e siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti da quanto tutto fosse esattamente come visto e descritto. Arredamento curato anche nei minimi dettagli, si vede quanto la host ci tenga, e attrezzato di tutto quanto necessario per un soggiorno ed estremamente pulito. Sapendo che arrivavamo prima dell’orario previsto a causa dello sciopero dei treni ci ha dato disponibilità subito al nostro arrivo dell’appartamento. In casa non manca nulla per la prima colazione ma addirittura ci ha fatto trovare della focaccia fresca e del vino e anche una sorpresa in frigorifero. Più volte al giorno ci contattava per sapere se andava tutto bene e se ci serviva qualcosa. Ci ha anche trovato dove poter depositare i bagagli. Lo consigliamo a chi voglia soggiornare a Genova nel centro storico, è facilissimo girare a piedi.Noi torneremo sicuramente.

Ho prenotato una sola notte perché avevo un corso di lavoro nella stessa via dell’ alloggio. Svetlana è stata molto chiara e disponibile fin da subito. La casa era molto accogliente e pulita.

We had a wonderful time at this accommodation — Marina is truly a great host. She responded quickly to all our questions and also gave us tips about local attractions. The house is very well located, and the small village is also very pleasant and tidy. The accommodation is well-equipped, spacious enough, and comfortable. Cinque Terre is about a 25-minute drive away, but everything else is also easily accessible. It's worth trying the restaurants in the village — we weren’t disappointed in any of them and had dinner there several times. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Excelente ubicación en el Puerto Viejo de Genova. A sólo 12 minutos a pie desde la estación del tren. Restaurantes, tiendas, atracciones turísticas y mucho más a poca distancia a pie. El acuario está prácticamente al lado. Recomendado el departamento.

We had a wonderful stay at Giancarlo’s place. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-located — perfect for our family. Giancarlo is a kind and helpful host who assisted us more than once with taxis and responded quickly every time. We appreciated his kindness so much that we left him a small gift from our culture as a thank you. His warmth and hospitality made our stay in Genova truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Marco’s place is ideally situated to enjoy the delightful little harbour of Nervi with its selection of restaurants and bars. The flat was spotless and the air conditioning is a real bonus given how hot it can become outside. The dog especially appreciated it! Another plus is the underground parking space as street parking is tricky. Marco was very friendly too. We were extremely happy to stay here and can thoroughly recommend it.

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Die Unterkunft besticht vor allem durch die wunderschöne Natur, in der sie gelegen ist, die Gastfreundschaft von Elena und ihrem Mann, die uns während des Aufenthalts betreut haben und die Authentizität der Gebäude. Die Ausstattung ist nicht besonders modern, die Betten und Möbel nicht wirklich gemütlich und es wird im Sommer tatsächlich sehr warm im Haus, was man nicht erwartet, weil die Wände und das gesamte Äußere den Eindruck erwecken, dass es bestimmt kühl sein wird. Der Fernseher ist so klein, dass man ihn zu acht nicht wirklich sinnvoll nutzen kann, es gibt keine Couch im Wohnzimmer und wenig Steckdosen. Diese Liste an kleinen „Mängeln“ ließe sich noch ein wenig fortsetzen. Darum geht es aber nicht. Wer hier pingelig ist, hat den Ort nicht verstanden. Er lebt von dem besonderen Flair, der Abgeschiedenheit und den Gastgeber:innen. Besonders positiv in Erinnerung wird die hausgemachte Pizza von Elena bleiben. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem wunderschönen Ort mit einzigartiger Lage und traumhafter Aussicht. Die Terrasse ist eine Oase. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt und hat einen privaten Parkplatz. Ein kurzer Spaziergang hinunter ins Zentrum von Lerici. Der Check in war problemlos und es gab davor für den Check in und den Weg in den Ort klare und sehr hilfreiche Informationen. Sergio und Chiara reagieren sofort und sehr freundlich auf Fragen. In jedem Fall eine klare Empfehlung.

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

La casa di Clementina è immersa nella tranquillità, ma vicina a tutti i servizi essenziali. Camere pulite e comode e host preciso e cordiale. Consigliato.

A fantastic place to stay which we would definitely recommend. There’s a great beach less than 15 minutes drive away, a fantastic bakery and a homemade pasta shop both within a 5 minute walk. Both Andrea and his wife were super friendly and gave us some helpful tips.

The place is cozy and comfortable, very close to the town center, the terrace alone is worth every penny, had a great time

A beautiful apartment in a super location just a couple of minutes walk to the old town. Iacopo and Loredana were on hand check us in and were super responsive and helpful in giving local recommendations. The flat was super - recently renovated with lots of great touches (charging cables, really strong aircon, coffee and biscuits) and the spa bath was obviously a highlight too! Would definitely come here again when back in Genoa

En una ciudad hermosa y estimulante como La Spezia, el departamento de Federica es un fiel reflejo de la ciudad. La decoración es exquisita, sin ser pretenciosa. Los espacios son amplios, prácticos y luminosos. Tenía todo lo necesario para las necesidades diarias, camas cómodas, toallas limpias, y detalles sabrosos: Café, aceite de oliva, jabón, shampoo. En definitiva, fue una experiencia digna de la Dolce Vita.

Siamo stati accolti benissimo, per il compleanno della mia compagnia abbiamo trovato anche un’ottima bottiglia di prosecco in fresco in frigo! L’appartamento è molto bello, curato e grande. Da casa in pochi minuti si raggiunge il porto (con le bellissime escursioni alle cinque terre), la stazione ed il centro, con tanti locali per apertivi o ristoranti con un’ottima qualità prezzo. Che altro dire, veramente consigliato, e ancora grazie veramente di tutto!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giuseppe et Valeria . Le logement est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse au cœur du vieux Gênes. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée . Giuseppe est très disponible pour conseiller les vacanciers et en cas de soucis . Vraiment parfait . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😍

Servizio check in e check out molto semplici e flessibili, per venire in contro alle nostre esigenze. L’appartamento era pulito, con tutto il necessario per soggiornare per un paio di giorni. Divano letto leggermente meno confortevole ma si fa di necessità virtù.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment that is centrally located and in the perfect location for my business trip with the office just across the street. Also, Jacopo was incredibly responsive, friendly & welcoming. The fresh & still warm focaccia from the bakery around the corner was delicious and much appreciated 😊. Will definitely be back for my next business trip in town.

Alloggio in ottima posizione, sia per raggiungere a piedi qualunque destinazione che per andare rapidamente in stazione a piedi. L'alloggio è conforme alle foto a alla descrizione, è molto pulito e attrezzato, dalla finestra c'è una bella vista e non si sentono rumori. Il bagno è grande e accogliente. La cucina ha delle attrezzature per preparare pasti semplici e c'è anche la lavastoviglie. Il letto è comodo. La comunicazione con il padrone di casa è stata ottima e veloce, è stato molto gentile accogliendo tutte le mie richieste. Alloggio assolutamente consigliato.
