The paths to the bakery, Edeka, etc. are within walking distance. The pier, promenade and a variety of gastronomic options are also within easy reach. Relaxing days are pre-programmed. Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Goldmädchen - Beach Pants A luxury beach villa welcomes you on the first line of the sea. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was renovated in 2021 in keeping with its style. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. The apartment on the first floor has two bedrooms with king size beds, a living-dining area, a bathroom and a kitchenette. Terrace and garden are for exclusive use. From there, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach in a few steps.

Enjoy the moment in the 1-room apartment with full bathroom and separate kitchen on the Baltic Sea. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the apartment building, and is very close to the beach. The seawater salt bath is opposite the apartment and the promenade with its restaurants and cafes, as well as shopping facilities, are within a 5-minute walk. For walks with your four-legged friend or bike rides, the steep coast along the Broden shore is ideal.

Niendorf was originally a small fishing village, which belongs to Timmendorfer Strand. Fishing boats still dock in the Niendorf harbor and fresh fish is sold. The pier offers a beautiful view of the Brodtner Steilufer and wonderful sunsets. The apartment for 2 people with sea view and balcony is directly on the other side of the street. The apartment is about 62 sqm and bright & sunny. It offers a view of the vast Baltic Sea with sailboats.

Dann seid ihr in der BeachBude genau richtig! Denn: wir sitzen mitten im Herzen von Timmendorf Strand. Unsere Apartments sind ca. 150 Meter vom Wasser entfernt. Und wir stehen auf lässig, cool, gemütlich und persönlich.

On the 1700 square meter and well-kept property are the main house with the apartment Strandgut, Kokosnuss, Kompass and Ausguck and the four vacation homes Backbord, Steuerbord, Kapitän and Kajüte. The houses are really winter-proof wooden houses and are also rented all year round. Each unit has its own terrace where you can comfortably enjoy the sun. Or you can sit under the 100-year-old maple tree in the summer.

Villa Kleine Auszeit - Starfish

In the new building Villa Kleine Auszeit is this modern apartment, which can be your home with fresh sea air for a few days on Timmendorfer Strand. Quietly located in a good neighborhood and only a 6-minute walk (approx. 500 meters as the crow flies) to the sea. Directly at the house there is a private parking space for the apartment. The Kastanienallee bus stop with lines 40, 500 & 501 is a 4-minute walk away.

Baltic Lee

The house was built in 2023, has a size of 100 m² and is equipped with an opaque and furnished terrace. There are also two parking spaces in front of the house. We will provide you with free Wi-Fi. Upon prior registration, we will gladly provide you with a children's travel bed and high chair. As well as a laundry package consisting of bed linens and towels, available for a fee and prior registration.
