The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

The house has a size of 100 m² and is equipped with an opaque and furnished terrace. There are also two parking spaces in front of the house and bicycle storage under the carport. We provide you with free Wi-Fi. Upon prior registration, we will gladly provide you with a children's travel bed and high chair.
