Holiday rentals with beach access in Timmendorfer Strand-Niendorf

We were very satisfied with everything, very good communication with the host, we will definitely come back.

Our time in Lottchen's Mövennest was wonderful. Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The reception was very warm and a small gift was ready for us. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The car parking space in the underground garage was great, where the bicycles also had space. We will be happy to come back.

We spent a week at Marlis' accommodation and were very satisfied! The small apartment is very cozy and brightly decorated. It is super clean & offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The only small flaw: the apartment is very noisy! Marlis was very friendly and quick to reach. We would definitely book the apartment again and felt very, very comfortable.

We are very happy that we chose Ingo's apartment. You immediately feel at home there - the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped upon our arrival. The kitchen in particular is fully functional and offers everything you need for cooking. Overall a completely successful stay – we will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice weekend at Gabriella & Burkhard's place! The apartment has everything you need, is quiet and has a perfect location. We especially liked the large terrace, the modern kitchen and the tennis court right outside the door. You can get to Lübeck or Neustadt super fast by bus and train. Also noteworthy is the super friendly communication before arrival with lots of information and the warm, personal check-in! Thank you again and we will definitely come back :)

We opened the apartment door and immediately felt at home. The view over the Bay of Lübeck is simply fantastic. There was nothing lacking in the apartment. We had a great week all around, thank you 😊

Very centrally located to the pedestrian zone in Timmendorf beach, yet very quiet. Appealingly furnished apartment with a small balcony and car parking space. We spent pleasant days there, slept very well and didn't miss anything.

The house is wonderfully quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by fields. We spent very relaxing days there and felt really comfortable. Victoria is super accessible in the worst case and responds quickly to messages. We highly recommend both the hosts and this house.

Nice house on a really nice property. The town is very nice and lots of good food within a short distance. We were there right after Christmas and there was still a Christmas market, the promenade has lots of activities and shopping opportunities. This isn't the last time we go to Timmendorfer.

We were allowed to spend a few days in Jules house and enjoyed it very much. The surrounding area is very beautiful, rural and quiet! The house offers a lot of comfort, has a large garden, which was perfect for our kids! We can definitely recommend this house! Thank you for a great break!

We spent the turn of the year in this cozy Airbnb in Dahme and were completely satisfied. The place was very clean, and the dog beach was right nearby – perfect for our four-legged friend. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be happy to come back!

There were three of us (3 adults and a small dog) 3 nights in Gabi's vacation home. We liked the cottage very much, everything well maintained, good amenities and a very nice garden. Only the duvets we personally found very thick and sweated a little in them - those who prefer to sleep cool should possibly bring something thinner ;-) Especially good is the proximity to the very beautiful nature and dog beach! It was the perfect vacation for us as a young family! Anna and her mother were very friendly and accommodating. You can tell that the house is decorated with a lot of love. It is also a paradise for children. Our sons, 3 and 1.5 years old, got their money's worth! There were enough toys available. The rooms were furnished in a child-friendly way. There is a stair gate, which provides a lot of safety. Children's dishes and two high chairs (like those from Tripp Trapp) are also available. The fleet of children's vehicles is huge, no one has that much at home! With all these great things, it was just relaxing for us as parents. The furnishings of the house look appealing and invite you to feel good. The kitchen is super equipped. The additional sinks in the bedrooms make it easier to use the bathrooms. As I said at the beginning, it was perfect for us and we'd love to come back!

We stayed in the apartment as a family with two children aged 2 and 6. The apartment was in a perfect fit for us. Outstanding was the great view of the Baltic Sea, which we only said goodbye to with a heavy heart. The apartment is very extensive and especially equipped for children. We really didn't miss anything. And not only that: every guest got a cup of personal engraving from Bettina. And because she learned about our booking about the two birthdays of our children during our stay, she had already provided gifts for both of them. It really blew us away. Overall the apartment was very neat and clean. Bettina is also always available. Conclusion: We'll be back! Bettina: we just felt completely comfortable and at home! Thank you for letting us meet you in person! You can tell you have a big heart for kids! Thanks for everything !!!

Beautiful little apartment, very clean and modernly furnished. Since we were there on our wedding day, we were very pleasantly surprised, as the bed had been decorated as a small love nest. This was a great surprise. Communication was perfect. We will definitely come back, we were very satisfied.

A beautiful holiday by the sea! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great time in this apartment! The location is simply unbeatable - just a short walk and you are at the sea. Perfect for morning walks on the beach or when the rain surprises you. The apartment itself is modern, cozy and lovingly furnished – you immediately feel comfortable. A real highlight was the sauna, which provided pure relaxation after a long day in the fresh air. Everything was very clean, well equipped and the contact with the hosts was warm and uncomplicated. We are guaranteed to come back - you can hardly do a better vacation! 🌊🧖‍♀️☀️

Cozy, small apartment in a great location. The apartment is nice and quiet, has a sunny balcony and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. Everything as described and shown. The only drawback: in the living room there are no curtains/blinds, so the nights on the sofa bed were very bright and short.

The apartment is in a great location, as described about 80 m from the beach. You can make good excursions from there. Apartment was great, great layout, everything available, and clean👍🏻. We immediately felt comfortable. Someone thought along with us when setting up the furnishings. Enough space for everything. Great location for excursions.
