Pisa e l'aeroporto sono a 15' in auto e sulla strada si trova la basilica romanica di S. Piero a Grado. Livorno è a 15' in auto. Siena, Lucca, Firenze sono mete di un giorno. Ha un’ampia cucina, un soggiorno, 2 bagni ed è dotata di 3 camere da letto doppie, che sono state arredate con due letti matrimoniali e due letti singoli. Secondo le necessità degli ospiti, si possono avere 3 letti matrimoniali. A questi è possibile aggiungere un posto letto in soggiorno (divano letto), un lettino da campeggio e un lettino montessoriano (per bambini da 1 a 3 anni).
