Michal is nice host, easy to communicate with. Place is in quite yard surrounded by nice garden, close to shopping center, Luzanky park and local coffee, restaurant. Location is safe, has street parking, small bistro, coffee on site. If you search quite place with proximity to city, it is easy to get uber or just walk.

The place was exactly as we expected. Modern, cozy remodeled. The location was very nice, not very far from the center and good connections (at least in my case). Guest pleasant, happy to help :)

This was our third year in a row staying at Jolana’s. The fact that we keep going back says it all. Super clean, comfortable & well appointed apartment. Extremely friendly & helpful hosts. We’ll definitely be back again in the future.

Beautiful accommodation in a pleasant, quiet place, yet with great accessibility to the city center. Communication with the host was great, thanks to the accurate information it was easy to get to the apartment. I liked the place very much and the next time I plan a trip to Olomouc, I will be happy to use this accommodation again, thank you very much 😊

The apartment was just like the pictures. Somewhat sober, but the roof terrace was great. All attractions are within walking distance. It was a little unclear to us whether we could drive directly in front of the house (actually there was a prohibition sign, but with an additional text which we could not read). We parked in the nearby parking garage. €35 for three days.

The apartment was clean and ready for our stay. Everything needed was available. The host was helpful and immediately available when we needed anything!

well located accommodation, very quiet and functional. perfect for spending a few days in Brno.

Veronika's place was lovely. I adored all the plants, she did such a good job with it. The little balcony was nice to sit on out in too, watching the wild hares run around. The appartement was very homey. Its only 20 minutes walk from the city. There's a big shopping center across the road for anything you need. Veronika, and her partner were also very friendly and helpful,l super lovely people. Plus a space for your car in the garage, great!

Beautiful and clean apartment in the city center, I definitely recommend it. Great communication. The only downside is the noise from the train station, you can only sleep with the windows closed, but the apartment has air conditioning.

We had a great stay at Petronela's place. While we were only there for one night, we would have happily stayed longer as it was a very comfortable apartment. As a bonus, they make their own wine, of which they shared one of the bottles with us. It was delicious and a very nice treat!

Modern, above-standard equipped apartment and as a bonus a hot tub on the terrace and two giant TVs. Everything is easy, communication with the host is excellent!

Surprisingly pleasant and luxurious, honestly, we haven't been here for the last time.

My second stay in this unit 10 months after the first. The place is still as great inside as it was the first time. Great location, too: near public transport and a small supermarket, a few eateries and Brno main station is 3 stops by tram. the place is exactly as shown on the photos. Nothing to criticize, really.

Completely furnished in every way. We're already looking forward to seeing you again. The place and service were above all expectations. Extremely satisfied. RECOMMENDED. :)
