There are four bedrooms in the attic, one of which has air conditioning. There are two bathrooms. The house is partially cellared. Parking is possible at the house or in the garage. The garden has an indoor pool and a covered terrace with seating.

When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? The accommodation is located in a quiet residential part of the village, literally a few steps from nature and extensive vineyards. There is a terrace with access to a natural garden inspired by steppe flora. The unique location offers rich opportunities for trips to the surroundings - wine cycling trails, Pálava, Mikulov, Lednice or the Pouzdřanská steppe and the Kolby vineyards.

The cottage is located in the cottage area Pod Borovím in Třebíč. It was renovated in 2023. Chalet in Podborovia provides accommodation for 4 people (+ crib) in one bedroom. The cottage has a fenced garden, a pergola with a fireplace, and a parking space for 1 car (another parking spot is located off the property). On the ground floor of the cottage there is a kitchen connected to the living room and dining room, a fireplace and a bathroom with a shower. The loft has a shared bedroom for 4 people.
