Peace and Tranquillity -Hot Tub- Dog Friendly

TonyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Debbie’s place is a little piece of paradise, the setting is stunning, the gardens are fantastic and the cottage is warm and cosy whilst also being spacious and really well laid out. We had everything we needed and immediately felt at home. The open plan kitchen into the cosy living room left us all feeling connected, utility space was really useful, conservatory with stunning views allowed us to dine together and relax during the day. Outside area is also stunning for meals on the patio and bbq’s and the hot tub was great to relax in on an evening looking at the stars in peace and tranquility.. there’s a slight walk up to the property across a field but once you’re in the cottage and its gardens it’s worth every step. Great for the dogs too. Loads to do in the area, our highlight was Lyme Regis beach.. many thanks to Debbie and everyone who made us feel so welcome. We would go back to Debbie’s place in a heartbeat!

Very lovely place, me and my girlfriend stayed here for a weekend and had no complaints. The host responded quickly and the property looked exactly like the photos. All the extra little touches like the fire wood, slippers, eggs and etc really made us feel welcome. Overall we really enjoyed our stayed and would happily stay here again.

Enjoy Stunning Rural Devon in This Character Barn Conversion

NeeshaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Emma and her family were lovely and welcoming. She was available whenever we needed something and was very approachable. Her home is nice, private and spacious, the kitchen although we knew it was small was a little hard to work in especially with little ones. The rooms all had en-suites which was extremely useful when younger ones needed to use the toilet at the same time. Downside was only one shower/ bath could be used at a time due to water pressure. She told us this upon arrival and we just worked around it. The garden is beautiful, children really enjoyed they’re time as plenty of space to run around. Loved the white bedding and soft furnishings as it always helps make a place feel clean and fresh.

What an amazing place! We loved the wood burner and all the possible activities: hot tub, heated swimming pool, tennis, table tennis, crash mat, kayak, trampoline , horses, goats, chickens, and much more! it's the perfect place for a holiday with the family, the whole estate is a destination in itself.

Luxury, thatched Devon bolthole on Dartmoor

EllieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Ben's cottage was stunning — we loved every moment of our stay. If it were possible to give 6 out of 5 stars, I would have. The surrounding area was breathtaking, we enjoyed wandering through the fields and visited the vineyard, where we sampled some fantastic wine. There were also some excellent local pubs close by, all serving delicious food. Everything felt convenient, peaceful, and just perfect — there wasn’t a single thing we could fault. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Berry Farm Cottage

MirandaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We couldn't say enough good things about our visit - the cottage is beautifully decorated and maintained and the garden / orchard is so peaceful to sit in, both are just as described. The cottage is very well kitted out and there is everything you could think to need in the kitchen. There are so many lovely touches if you are visiting with children (which is rare for Airbnb, we find) and makes all the difference when away from home. This is an Airbnb where the owners care not only about the property but about the quality of your stay. Neil and Mike are friendly and accommodating, we only wished we had been staying for longer!

Kingfishers Devon - 5* Luxury Barn - Lakeside

JeffreysRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed here whilst doing a Uni visit and only wished we could have stayed longer. The house is beautiful and has everything we needed. A perfect, relaxing setting. Particularly, sitting on the decking by the lake. We took our dog who also loved all the grassy areas. A lovely treat was watching from the window the rabbits & goats playing. Highly recommend!

Luxury cottage in Uplyme with far reaching views

CherylRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Kilnside is an exceptionally well appointed, comfortable property situated in the most peaceful surroundings. The views from the lounge and patio are wonderful. The riverside walk into the centre of Lyme from Kilnside is excellent. We enjoyed the opportunity of a ‘car-free day’. Kilnside is exceptionally well equipped. From the range of kitchen equipment to the beautiful white towels in the bathroom, our Host Angela has thought of everything! Her information notes and descriptions which we received in advance of our visit were detailed and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated our stay at Kilnside - a 5 Star AirBnB.

Meadow Cottage, at a micro-brewery near Dartmoor

StephanieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Marc and Amy were fantastic hosts! They provided everything promised. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness toward their guests is apparent. Marc gave us a thorough tour and history of the property which was fascinating - especially coming from the states where buildings aren’t nearly that old! Our only honest regret is that we didn’t book a few more days so we could spend more time on the property to explore and appreciate the hard work they’ve put into its upkeep and restoration.

The Chapel, Brompton Regis

TeresaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The Chapel is quiet, calming and simply beautiful. The surroundings are stunning, I could sit and watch the lambs and sheep outside all day. Owners, Kevin and Lynne made us feel at home straight away with a lovely hamper full of goodies, freshly made scones and some essentials to get us started. Kevin popped in to say hello and to ask if there's anything else we may need. The Chapel has everything you want for a relaxing stay including large towels, toiletries, a wonderful shower and comfortable sofa and chairs. The bed was a little too firm for me but my daughter slept well. The kitchen is well equipped including a coffee machine and milk frother which we loved. The location is wonderful although you do need a car. There is a local village shop with limited opening hours but you would need to drive to everything else. That said, there are shops, pubs and cafes within a 10 minute drive. There are many local walks through the beautiful countryside which are well worth doing.

Luxury thatched Devon cottage for 2

AdamRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had the loveliest couple of days celebrating getting married at 2 pound cottage. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The cottage was so clean and tidy, and we loved all the artwork, furniture, lampshades etc. The location is so peaceful and beautiful and there’s a lovely cafe 10 seconds from the front door that does an epic afternoon tea with a great selection of cakes. Emmy was always responsive, helpful and gave lots of recommendations, one of which we went with (Haytor) which was a stunning place to visit Can’t recommend the place highly enough and we’d love to come back someday (maybe an anniversary!)

Delightfully peaceful and beautifully styled

RosieRating, 5 stars4 days ago
The Airbnb was easy to check into, it was beautiful, it was cosy, it was spotless, smelt wonderful, very very homely. We really enjoyed the handbook provided, giving us recommendations of where to go, what’s nearby, restaurants, many activities. The view from the Airbnb was beautiful, we were very lucky with the weather, so were able to soak up the sun, being in the garden provided, with a lovely little bistro set we had our morning coffees on. The path from the car park to the Airbnb itself was beautiful, lovely wildflowers everywhere. There were a pack of cards and board games provided, which I think is a lovely touch. The price in my opinion, is absolutely worth it. Sarah was a responsive, friendly and warming host. We would definitely recommend!!
