Giovanni was such a kind and gracious host. He gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area and made us feel at home.

I found the accommodation very comfortable, perfect for my needs. It's just a few steps from the gym I go to, so it's super practical. The area is very residential, quiet and well connected: it is easy to get around both on foot and by public transport. The hosts were really kind and helpful. Despite my plane being delayed, they waited for me to check in without any problems, with great courtesy. In addition to the coffee machine, I also found other useful things in the fridge: a really nice and much appreciated gesture. Communication has always been clear, fast and effective. I highly recommend this place!

From the reservation she clarified doubts, she made sure that once we landed, we could get well to the place, she was every day giving us follow-up in our activities, always ready to supportnons. Paolo is an excellent host and a gentleman. My parents and I had a great time staying there. He is an extremely kind and generous and stocked the fridge full of food for us so we couldn’t have to walk in the heat.

This was perfect for a one night stay before we went to the airport. The apartment was easy to get into, had an elevator (yay!), and had so many amenities and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We enjoyed our stay!

I don’t speak Italian & had no idea of the area I was visiting or what it would be like. Laura was really helpful & it all went smoothly. Everything is clean & well kept and her place is beautiful & rooms clean & breakfast was good. It was also a nice room just to sit in and read. Laura is musically talented & was performing in a small church in a Baroque performance one night I was there and that was very special to attend. Now I understand Rome a little more & I would certainly stay with Laura every visit. She does not intrude but was a great host.

Very well located accommodation, in the very lively Trastevere neighborhood, and spacious room. Diomira and her husband welcomed me very well, they even spoke French very well, and served me breakfast in the morning. I felt at home! Bonus for the cat :) Remember to take Quies balls because the neighborhood is noisy…

We had an amazing stay with Patrizia. Easy to go to Rome with train station 10-15 min on foot. Had no issues parking or checking in. Patrizia was amazing when it came to providing assistance of any kind. Only issue you might face might be getting to the place from the airport as the public transportation takes at least an hour, especially late at night. Taxi was 40€ for 10 KMs but other than that we rate it 10/10.

Sergio was a very friendly and helpful host. The accommodation is an easy bus ride to the city center and was very clean. Can totally recommend!

Clean and tidy room a few minutes from Hadrian's Villa.

Our was not only in the perfect location, but also perfect in so many other ways. It's just a room with a bathroom, but it was perfectly just what we needed. No need for a kitchen in Italy, and there's a laundry area just down the street, everything worked out so perfectly. Anna was so kind too! I underbooked our stay and got there a night early, although we got a random hotel that night, Anna was so kind and offered us a place to sleep in her personal flat! She was so kind and offered to help in any possible way she could! We love her and her sweet husband! When we come back to Rome, we'll be staying at Anna's again!

The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Getting around is very easy – it’s on Metro Line A, and you can also reach the Colosseum comfortably by taking Bus 85. The apartments are exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything you might need. Marco is incredibly kind and welcoming—he prepared breakfast in advance each day and always made sure everything was perfect. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!

Strategic location for visiting the center of Rome on foot and for its proximity to Termini Station

My stay with Anna was everything I needed while in Rome. A simple breakfast and a coffee to start the day, a warm greeting every time I came in the door, and overall a gentle place to land after much exploring. I’d recommend anyone stay here

We had a great 2 week in Riano. Roberto listened to our requests and was extremely responsive. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

Very clean, and very convenient for an overnight layover

Very nice place. Right near middle of town and easily accessible to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Place gets cleaned almost daily, and very easy access to communication with the owner. Great spot
