Possibility of agreement on rental of guest pass in local boat association.

The cabin is located 80 meters from the sea, and has a large sunny terrace with a gas grill. An annex has a modern bathroom with hot water and WC. The cabin has a nice garden and access to a large lawn for activities such as a trampoline, badminton, and volleyball. Tjøme is bike friendly and there is a bike path along the island and all the way to Tønsberg. A children friendly beach, a summer open bakery, and a cultural center is within few minutes walk.

Delikat sokkelleilighet rett ved havna med fin utsikt mot sjøen! Vikerhavna ligger flott til i naturområde med Ytre Hvaler nasjonalpark som nærmeste nabo. I tillegg til strand, finnes det også flere plasser med badestiger i nærheten. Det er muligheter for fiske langs svabergene og ved moloen - blant barna er brygga et veldig populært sted for krabbefiske! Vi leier ut til ansvarsfulle voksne og barnefamilier. We are a family who rents out a basement apartment in our house throughout the year. We are located right next to a lovely forest and a stone's throw away from the golf course on Tjøme. It is also easy to get to the beach, pharmacy, liquor store, the end of the world, the city center, skatepark, etc. The apartment is bright and nice with its own patio, bedroom with double bed, sofa bed or mattress on the floor.
