This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea on Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and maintains a consistently high standard. Beautiful views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sunny coast;) Swimming opportunities are two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a nice place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all the possibilities to create good holiday memories.

The house is located by the forest in Årøysund, close to great hiking areas, and a five-minute walk to several great swimming areas. Several marinas nearby provide access to idyllic archipelago. Walking distance to playgrounds, ball court, and alpine slope in winter. Approx. 12 km to Tønsberg.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun by the lake. Here it is far to the nearest neighbor and the large outdoor area invites you and your family to play and have fun. There is also plenty of space inside so here it is possible for two families to spend time together. Bring your own boat or rent a boat here (with fishing gear and water skis). Boat berth is nearby. 2 electric mountain bikes can also be rented. The interior is of an older vintage, but clean, nice and in order. Nostalgic and charming.

Boligen ligger inngjerdet under et stort kastanjetre med egen hage. Egen parkering for 3 biler. Det er 7 -8 km til Fredrikstad eller Sarpsborg sentrum. Buss til Fredrikstad 1 gang i timen. Grunnflaten i 1. etasje er ca. 115m². Her er det to store soverom, kjøkken, stue, vaskerom og et nyrenovert bad. 2. etasje har to soverom. Soveplass/spiseplass til 10 personer. Barnestol og sprinkelseng til barn er tilgjengelig. Vi bor selv rett ved siden av utleiehuset, og ønsker ikke høylytt festing der.

In the house, there is a 140 cm bed and a 105 cm bed, as well as a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide. Duvets and pillows are included, but not bed sheets or towels. Renovated spacious and practical house with room for many. In addition to the Bohuslän idyll, there is a fenced plot with hammock, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with large grill and Italian pizza oven. In addition, it is close to sea bathing, fishing, paddling with our two kayaks and walking distance to our charming local restaurants (Havstenssunds Bistro and Skaldjurcaffeet). It is 8 km to Grebbestad where there is a rich selection of restaurants and shops that are open all year round.
