Can't wait for a stay review, it's going to be very long: This is the most wonderful place in dolomiti, thank you Mary, thank you Airbnb This is not a traditional homestay, the room is actually an annex to a 50-year-old 4-star hotel, the room is hygienic and managed, and equally has the super high standard of the hotel; Just the right tranquility from the main road and town, next to the room is the mountain walk, and the balcony can see the mountains in the distance; Although it is not possible to ski in/ski out, you can use the hotel's own free ski bus, 5 minutes to CANAZI-1465m gondola hoist boxes, enter the famous Sella Ronda loop line, Sass Pordoi and dolomiti's highest MARMOLADA-3342m two hoist boxes, respectively, 30 minutes by car; It is also necessary to taste the hotel's specialty dinner, especially the after-dinner dessert, which is comparable to the Michelin level, and the price is surprising; Finally, the Chinese language is accessible and will definitely make the Chinese friends staying here, both convenient and surprising! But here, it is still a homestay, before leaving, the minimum rules should be followed: respect, polite and tidy!!!

Our stay at Simone's place was comfortable and enjoyable. The home is really lovely and the beds are very comfortable. The windows allow so much light and the have most beautiful views. The apartment is situated about 20 min away from the center of Cortina, but has easy parking and is in a quiet location. The first night, we had some problems getting up the small inclined road that leads to the apartment, because the car rental company didn't give us a car with snow tires or snow chains, and we got stuck in the snow! I was calling and texting Simone at 11 pm at night and he was so responsive and really tried to be helpful. He was always available to offer recommendations and also he even left me a small gift the day of my birthday. Has a wonderful host and his apartment is one that I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Cortina!

Beautifully located property with spectacular views of Civette (i think that's the spelling!) on the less touristy side of the Dolomites. Host was ever responsive and helpful. Recommended if you are looking for something out of the way, far from the maddening crowds!

We (family with 2 young children) had a wonderful stay in the apartment at the resort. The apartment is clean and looks cozy. Space is more spacious than it looks from the pictures. The pool and sauna are clean and we used it a lot. Sometimes it was a bit busy in the pool, but logical considering it was peak season. We made great use of the National Parc Card we got after logging into the Pam-Villas area. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back here.

We had a great stay! For us, the place was perfectly located. About 1 hour to Bolzano and Merano and 1 hour to the Three Peaks and Lake Braies. The apartment was super clean and you felt comfortable all around!

The place was great! Very clean, fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and a relaxing vacation. Beautiful, quiet location and super nice landlord – absolutely recommended! I'm sure we'll be back.

Gloria's apartment was amazing...the views were beautiful and terrace was an excellent places to relax. The family were great hosts and answered any question we had quickly. We will definitely come to visit again.

This is a lovely apartment and was perfect for our stay. It’s clean and comfortable. Everything was well organised and Cetty has gone to great care to make settling into the apartment real simple, with handy videos to explain things like the access, parking, bins etc. The area is very peaceful with beautiful settings. We went to ski. You can drive to Tulot ski lift in 5 minutes or up the mountain to Madonna di Campiglio in 15. There is ample free parking at both. The ski bus stops in Carisolo village also. The parking Cetty recommended we use was out of service due to building renovations but it was easy to find a space just a short walk away. There’s a supermarket 2 min walk away. I did three lovely runs from the apartment up some beautiful mountain trails taking me past beautiful and very old churches and waterfalls. A great base for our trip.

Perfect accommodation for a vacation with children. Great and clean apartment, nice children's room. Access to the pool and children's club is a nice bonus to the apartment. Fantastic view from the window. Friendly host.

The apartment is very centrally located in the attic of an old palazzo. It is particularly noteworthy that there is an elevator. The decor is tasteful and functional, the kitchen fully equipped. I would check in again immediately.

A great self contained room in an amazing location. The access to the wellness centre and the Stubai Super Card were also big plusses. I ended up staying here by accident as Innsbruck was too busy and it has to be one of the best happy accidents I have ever had on a holiday. Beautiful views, fresh air and a lovely atmosphere.

Simeone was a fantastic host. Very responsive and approachable. The bikes were awesome and great for our family to get to all the local spots without the need for a car. The apartment is very homely and welcoming with a very well equipped kitchen. The living and dining area is great to relax in after a day on the bikes and lake. The location is close enough to Malcesine for an easy lake side bike ride along a bike path, but also away from the crowds. It is also a great location to access multiple Windsurf, Kitesurf and Wing Foil spots. Plenty of SUP and Kayaking near by. Lovely to paddle down to the fort. We stayed during one of the hottest days of the year (37degrees). Whilst there is no ac, properly managing the ventilation of the property and some additional fans greatly helped beat the heat. This was a wonderful property for our active family. We stayed 5 days and only used the car once to go to Torbole. Never short of things to do. We could have stayed longer!

The apartment where me and my friend stayed was really nice and spacious! Some weird noises coming from the wall (boiler or water, no idea) but that's due to the building construction really and that was just between kitchen and bathroom, not inside the room or anywhere where it'd be particularly disturbing. Unfortunately I was really ill with the flu and stayed in the flat for the whole duration of my stay, but fortunately I was in a nice accommodation!! It was really good that komodo have a reception, since we had some issues with the self check in procedure.

Very well fit for families with children. Great animation program, swimming pool .. Smartly organized room, clean and fresh. Great parking, great skiing in close neighborhood.

Great solution, very clean accommodation and equipped with all comforts. It is located in a residence so it is possible to take advantage of common areas and mini clubs. Ski rental inside the residence. Alessandro is very responsive and available

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

Franco and his wife are welcoming people, they made us feel at home and took special care of our dogs. The garden is impeccable, the house has everything you need and Franco is always present but never intrusive. Our stay was really relaxing. We'll be back!

The home stay was very pleasant! The house is spacious and clean. Location was convenient and walkable to the surrounding restaurants and store. We stayed with a group of 7 for snowsports, and it fit our needs perfectly.

We felt incredibly comfortable and had a great time at the Waldfrieden vacation home. Communication was great and we were warmly welcomed by Bernadette. Since the shops were already closed, she even helped us out with some groceries. We were completely happy and satisfied and would be happy to come back next year ☺️☺️

Everything worked out great. The space was clean and exactly as described. We arrived with one person less and got the difference refunded without any problems. Really great! The mother even helped us with some oil and butter. Thank you for this :-)
