The building is located on the same plot as the detached house, but completely separate and with its own entrance. Nearby you will find: hospital services 1.4 km, S-market (open 24/7) 700 m, pharmacy, restaurants and ski trails/jogging trails start from the backyard. A bicycle is available for the guest. You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Relax in the soft steam of a big SAUNA in this peaceful location apartment. In the bedrooms, waiting FOR you, ready-pedated beds for a towel. In a large bedroom, a good 180x200cm double bed + big Smart TV, in a smaller one, 2 high-quality 80x200cm beds. In the fireplace room, you'll find a refrigerator, water point, microwave, water, and coffee maker, etc. If necessary, we can also make a bed (80+80 x 200 cm) from the sofa bed in the back room. Coffee, tea, and final cleaning with dishes are included!

Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Viihtyisä vierasmaja ja sauna villissä puulajipuistossa. Alueella on kahden hehtaarin alueella noin 250 eri lajia puuvartisia puita ja pensaita. Puusto on istutettu vuonna 1970 ja muodostaa oman mikroilmaston, jossa ilma on puhdasta ja hyvää hengittää. Alue on osittain vielä luonnontilassa ja kunnostusta alueella tehdään. Self-service - sauna granny's house near the university

Omatoimi-kaksio Joensuun keskustassa. Kodikas, saunallinen läpitalon huoneisto, lasitettu parveke ilta-aurinkoon ja keskeinen, mutta rauhallinen sijainti: torille 1km, yliopistolle 500m. Parkkipaikka sisäpihalla, lisäksi kadulla 8h kiekkopaikkoja (klo 8-18). HUOM: Omatoimikohde, eli huolehdit itse lakanoista ja siivouksesta. Jätäthän asunnon yhtä siistiksi kuin se oli saapuessa. Tuo omat lakanat tai voit lainata kaapista. Lainattujen lakanoiden pesu ja kuivumaan laitto ennen lähtöä 🙂✨

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

A cozy, 35,5 square meter studio apartment located in the city centre of Joensuu. The studio is in the second floor of a peaceful apartment building. There's a parking spot and an elevator. Bedlinen, towels, soap and shampoo, hair dryer, drying washing machine, kitchenware, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a 43-inch smart-tv and WI-FI are included. For toddlers there's a travel crib and toys.

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the yard of the main house. For multi-night guests during the heating season, in addition to electricity, furnace heating. Trees ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. About 10 minutes to Outokumpu and 30 minutes to Joensuu. Koli about an hour and Valamo Monastery about 30 minutes by car. There's also a dog cage outside with a small coop.
