I can’t say enough about how wonderful Peggy’s boat house is. This is my second time staying here and I have never stayed at the same ABB twice. This time I brought the kids because I wanted to share the beauty of this place and Ithaca and I knew they would love it. Sitting on the dock fishing and enjoying the views on Cayuga lake is so peaceful and relaxing. Peggy is a very welcoming host and keeps the place very tidy. There are so many things to do. Ithaca Falls is a very short drive away. Buttermilk Falls is a bit further away (not much) and is a beautiful hike. Great restaurants are nearby. I love the area and would love to come back someday.

Stayed at Fran’s during my son’s college graduation. Only 15 minutes to campus which was wonderful. The air bnb was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The provided coffee and tea was much appreciated. Although I didn’t use it, there’s a nice kitchenette in case you wanted to eat in. Highly recommend.

If I could give Branka’s place 10 stars, I would. The unit was spotless, had all the amenities you could ask for, and was in a perfect location - close to downtown Ithaca but in a quiet neighborhood. Branka was super friendly. Terrific experience. Highly recommend.

Hayden was a very nice host, and even was nice enough to drive us into town because we didn’t have a car. The rooms were like described and her cat was very sweet to us. Nice comfy beds and a good size Tv perfect for movie nights. 100% would stay again.

Jordan was a great host, very responsive. This house is in a beautiful walkable tree lined neighborhood. We were a group of 8 and we all slept comfortably and had plenty of space and everything we needed

Wow! Clean, cozy, remodeled cottage style 1940’s home. With modern renovations and hygge vibe throughout!! And serious entertainment game on the back deck. Can tell Nicole is an experienced renter. Would love to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, peaceful and quiet. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in/check-out process super easy. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy linens to the little touches that made it feel like home. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, very clean and well worth the price. Nerf wall was great, even for the adults. Will definitely be back next year. Hosts were very helpful and explained everything in detail

hayden's place is so beautiful -- the surrounding woods are extremely picturesque, and the sunset views are amazing. it's very close to ithaca but still feels removed and peaceful. hayden was super friendly and the house is gorgeously decorated with vintage furniture. she allowed us access to several amenities, including her lean-to in the forest, which was a great breakfast spot. also her cat is adorable and friendly!

Really enjoyed our stay. House is directly on the lake at the end of the street. Private and lots of room inside and out. Hope to come back in the summer months! Everything is close by to drive. Watkins Glen is very close and was a beautiful hike.
