The Apple Shed is a luxury stay in the heart of North Yorkshire, easy driving distance to Ripon, Thirsk, Harrogate & York. We’ve recently (2021) renovated an apple store and stable in our garden into a beautiful space. You can spot the restored apple picking ladders and exposed bricks from the original building. Located in the heart of Dishforth Village it’s walking distance a village drinking pub and a five minute drive to the award winning Crab & Lobster restaurant and The Angel at Topcliffe.

The Little Parsonage renovated ground floor annex

Conveniently located between Easingwold and Boroughbridge and just 10mins off the A1, The Little Parsonage is a recently renovated 3 double bedroom ground floor annex. Located on the edge of Brafferton village, we are family and pet friendly (well behaved). The village offers 2 pubs and a butchers within walking distance and the city of York is just 15 miles away. Whether you are here to visit friends, attend a local wedding or explore North Yorkshire we are a perfectly located home from home.

The Annexe - a cosy bolthole for the Dales & Moors

Situated in the Vale of York between the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors, this cosy, modern guest annexe is in a central village location with excellent transport links. The suite has private access, contactless check-in via key-safe and off-street parking. There is a comfortable double bed, sofabed (these are in the same room) Freeview TV, mini fridge, crockery and cutlery for a night in with a takeaway, alternatively there are three pubs within easy walking distance serving pub grub.

Quaint Old Chapel, Hot tub-dogs-rural river walk

Quaint Old Chapel is set in the heart of rural Catton village, Thirsk, North Yorkshire. With much to see & do near and far, the outings are endless. This quirky quaint detached cottage has a luxury hot tub spa included in the price, temperature controlled pet friendly dog wash and parking for two cars. It has so much to offer and the area is of stunning views and beauty. Many walks and bike rides for you and your pets to enjoy including a beautiful river walk along the River Swale..

The Cobbler's Cottage

Nestled in the scenic North Yorkshire village of Sessay, this charming former cobbler's cottage offers a spacious retreat. Inside, you'll find a wood-burning stove, TV, Blu-ray player, and a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, and a washing machine. Step outside to a private patio complete with a dining area and barbecue. Plus, we warmly welcome one well-behaved pet, so you can bring your furry friend along if you desire.

The Nook - Hidden gem, secluded, peaceful, modern.

The Nook is a converted garage unit which is detached from our house with private entrance, outdoor seating area and key safe for entry. Accommodation comprises of living room/kitchenette, bedroom and wet room. Selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A T.V/D.V.D player are for your use, as is a microwave and induction hob for light cooking. Comfortable seating and a small dining area complete the main room.

Lovely 1 bed Annex with large open-plan kitchen

Skipton House Annex has plenty of character, rural charm and is ideally located near the A1 in-between North York Moors and Dales. Set over two levels, the large open plan kitchen/dining room, shower/loo and entrance hallway are on the ground floor with a living/TV room and bedroom up the spiral staircase on the first floor. There are French doors that open up to access the courtyard. The loo/shower is located on the ground floor and courtyard is shared with main house.

The Little House Peaceful & self-contained

Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the Little House is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village. The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and all meals including breakfast, is a mere 20m across the square. The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.
