Holiday rentals with a patio in Topsail Island

This was our 2nd year staying at one of Erica and Wayne’s listing. Fully stocked kitchen, ocean view from the balcony and the pool were all great! It was a great space for our group of 7.

We had a great stay at Zach’s condo. We had a relaxing week. We felt at home and were sad to go. Zach was an amazing host. He responds quickly. The sun shades were broken and he had a brand new one to us in a couple hours. He made our vacation very easy. The condo has everything you need from adults to kiddos. We will be back for sure!

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Thank you so much, Wendy & Jeff!

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Lauren’s place! When we arrived check-in was simple with a code and check-out instructions were clear as well. Everything was very clean and looked just like the photos. The area was great because we were less than 8 minutes from pretty much everything you can think of. Thank you Lauren!

Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!

First, Thank you and your husband as veterans for your Service. Sarah was a wonderful host. Her condo faces the beach and pool area and they were very easy to access. It was very quiet during the day and night. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching and listening to the waves. The appliances were all new and the condo was very clean. I had difficulty with the condo house number and the lock (operator error on my part) and Sarah answered my text in less than a minute and offered to come over if I needed. The beach was clean and very walkable.

This place was great for our weekend trip! Fantastic location and clear communication, and instructions for how to get in.

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our long weekend stay - the location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping and beach access within steps. Very convenient and felt safe to walk around with our son, both morning and at night. The dedicated parking spots, along with generous beach day and in-unit amenities were very much appreciated. The morning and evening views from the balcony were peaceful - by far one of our favorite long weekend memories as a family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip location with responsive, welcoming hosts. We will be booking again!

This place is a gem! Beds were comfy, views of the sound at sunset were amazing and the produce stand next to the house made grabbing last minute items a breeze! We will definitely be coming back 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home in Surf City! You truly can’t beat the location — just steps from the beach with direct access right off the back deck. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise was a highlight each morning. The house was comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Plenty of space for the family, and easy access to town for restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was excellent — responsive and helpful throughout.

Michael was very responsive to our inquiries, and quickly responded in assisting us with the door keypad by resetting it. The house was as pictured, and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked, and we had plenty of towels for our 5 guests. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. We did struggle with using the TVs even though there were written instructions. We did not reach out to Michael for assistance with this as it wasn't that big of a deal. We utilized the private beach access and were glad that it was so convenient.

Love this place! Breathtaking views, close to everything, and very peaceful. It's steps away from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, and has a beautiful pool that isn't overcrowded. The condo functional. My boyfriend and I found ourselves falling asleep on the Murphy beds listening to the ocean. The hosts were very responsive. Overall - great place to stay

Great dog friendly place to stay! Easy walk to the beach, and a great cozy home feeling right next to the ocean. Tara was a great host, responsive, and had great local recommendations. We had two golden retrievers with us and her outdoor shower and hose came in especially handy! Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Sandra’s Airbnb! The host's responsiveness was exceptional; they answered all our questions quickly and helpfully. The unit itself was immaculately clean and clearly well-maintained. The location was also a huge plus – so convenient for exploring Surf City. We'd definitely stay here again.

A perfect little spot for a couple! Incredibly easy walk to the beach and cute restaurants/shops. The beach access right across from the unit wasn't overly crowded and made for relaxing and peaceful beach days.

My husband and I came down for a quick couple days get away, and it was a perfect place to stay! Convenient to everything, steps from the beach, and very private and quiet. We enjoyed taking a dip in the pool after spending a couple hours on the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This stay is just what our family needed! The location was beautiful, and the beach is walking distance which was amazing! Our family made so many memories! We hope to be back someday :)

It was the perfect place for a quick work trip! The place was cute, and the perfect size for a couple!

Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

Corey and Hayden’s AirBnB was a perfect place to stay. It is super walkable to all that Wilmington has to offer. The place was clean and very easy to access. Both hosts are very responsive and kind! We would definitely stay here again.

it was a lovely stay, but way you checked in at 3:00 p.m. and had to leave by 10:00 a.m. So I don't feel it was quite worth the amount of money that we paid, especially since we had to do some of the cleaning at the end. we're not really cleaning, but just you know start the laundry and what not. the location's great. I don't think there was enough mentioned on the steps on the ad about the steps that you have to to go up in order to get into the condo. it's quite a bit and if you've got suitcases or anything you can't roll them in so there's an enormous amount of steps and that was a concern or a slight problem. The place itself was cozy and comfortable and clean and lovely.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. It is just 1 block off the beach with shopping, bars and a grocery store just steps away. The bridge to go into Wilmington was very close and convenient. I was so impressed with everything that was stocked for us...extensive kitchen utensils, a full coffee/tea bar, paper towels, cooler, beach chairs/towels, a bag of ice, etc. We had everything we needed. The shower was wonderful. It was very clean, and communication was great. The outdoor deck was fantastic. We spent most of our time there. I highly recommend!
